I had to go order, ask the girl about salad with our dinners. When I got home with my order there was no salad. There was only one container for Italian dressing and there was supposed to be two And I asked for garlic bread parmesan that I never got. I just got bread. I didn't listen. They didn't pay attention to details. The food was very good. What I did get. I will try it again and give him a break

Reggiano's is a hidden gem!! High quality Italian at a great price! You're not going to find a better deal than this. The portions are huge and the food is delicious! Service was unbelievable! My glass was never empty and the bread basket was always full. It doesn't get better than that!! I'll definitely be coming coming back!

The server was great and very welcoming. But our food was just soso. The homemade vodka sauce with panchetta was the best.However, the kitchen had accidentally mixed a few lobster ravioli into our cheese ravioli ... and we have a food sensitivity... so that was disappointing.I understand that its tough to leave a mediocre review when the kitchen only has 1 shot to impress. I understand that everybody can have an off day, We were there during one of them.

I recently visited Reggiano's Italian restaurant for dinner and was met with a bustling and crowded atmosphere. Not wanting to wait in the overcrowded restaurant, I decided to call in my order. However, upon receiving my food, I was surprised to find that it only consisted of the main entrée, chicken Parmesan with pasta. When I asked about the missing salad and bread that usually accompanies this dish, I was informed that it was not included with the takeout orders, contrary to my past experiences dining in. Feeling a bit let down, I decided to proceed with the meal. Unfortunately, I found the meat to be tough and lacking tenderness, which was not up to the usual standard I have come to expect from Reggiano's. Additionally, the tomato sauce on the pasta was bland and lacked the usual complementary toppings like Parmesan cheese or crushed pepper. Although frustrated, I appreciate a kind offer from someone inside the restaurant to share their salad, but I declined as I had specifically requested the salad with my order. Despite my initial disappointment, I tried to make the most of the situation and ate what I could. Considering the overall quality of the service and food, I would give Reggiano's Italian restaurant a score of 2.5 out of 5. I hope they can address these issues and rectify the situation for future customers.

I was very disappointed with my dining experience here. I think the owner here is tired of running a restaurant. It feels like a visit by Gordon Ramsey would benefit this restaurant greatly, but sadly I fear they will keep the status quo and stay sub par and less than mediocre.
