What keeps me coming back to Subway at 365 Boston Post Rd. in Milford? It’s not because they paid professional athletes to be in their commercials, it’s not because someone with a marketing degree came up with a new name for a club sandwich. It’s not even because the sandwiches are the best.Here’s why:1. Subway is the convenience store of sandwich shops. There are Subways located inside some convenience stores and there’s convenience inside a Subway store. It’s quick, easy, and unless you live in Antarctica, there’s probably a Subway near you.2. The service at this location is great. Every sandwich artist I’ve dealt with was friendly, made my sandwich exactly how I ordered it and overall very pleasant. Thanks!3. It’s reasonably priced. Look, the days of $5 footlongs are over. They have been for some time. But when you compare Subway prices to other sandwich shops, I think it’s fair to say you get a good value.Bottom line is this, don’t go to Subway for the best sandwich you’ve ever had in your life. Go to Subway because you want a fast, convenient, and friendly place to grab a satisfying meal.

I haven't been to this Subway location in years! The atmosphere is very nice. So clean and well kept inside. The young man who served me was very friendly. The bread could've been fresher. I just didn't like that every time I took a bite..the bread crumbled.

I placed an order for my husband's lunch earlier in the day and when my husband went on his break to pick up his food, it was not there. I checked my app and it said the food was picked up! The employees told my husband we would be refunded but didn't take any information down to refund. I just called the store and no one answered. I will be reporting this store to corporate as well as the consumer protection agency. Stay away from this location!!!!Update: 45 minutes after my scheduled pick up time I got an email saying my order is almost ready? It had an estimated pick up time an hour after my original time. I let my husband know and he came to pick it up and it was there.

Bryan was absolutely fantastic. Awesome to talk with, food was spot on, was quick, clean and painless. Need more subway workers like Bryan!

I've decided no more Subway for me. Why? #1, they don't cut the bread all the way through; they make a "V" shape and then fill the "V", meaning, 20% of your sandwich is only bread. #2. They use shredded cheese instead of freshly sliced deli cheese. What kind of sandwich shop uses shredded cheese instead of freshly sliced cheese??? Jersey Mikes and Jimmy John's, that's who. And they will be my go-to sandwich buys from now on.

Fine, just a bummer that the online orders seem to be prioritized over the customers waiting. I had to wait while the one employee made 4 to go orders before taking mine. I only have a limited time for lunch break, so something to keep in mine when choosing a location.
