The late night crew at this Milford Wendy’s deserves the highest of praise. I stopped there tonight just before midnight and ordered a jr bacon cheese burger and a Dave’s single combo. I cannot stress enough how perfect the experience was, from the pleasant staff member who took my order to the seemingly 5 star chef that prepared the food. The burgers perfectly stacked and wrapped with purpose. The bacon crisped just so. The lettuce as fresh as can be. This meal was in a word, perfect. This staff deserves recondition and compensation for the success of this meal. Let it be known this shift is operating at the highest level fast food has to offer, mind you, at a time when most of us are asleep. Job well done

One stupid Chinese and the whole restaurant gets negative

So they had the order wrong out mayo on my chicken sandwich that was supposed to be plain have food allergies cashier take down order properly but cook makes it wrong I go back at this point fries and nuggets are cold first they try saying won't replace order just the sandwich. Finally get them to replace order instead of a full refund. Then I ask if just going to throw all that away if they could give it to the homeless guy that is sitting outside hungry and cold and I stead of being a decent human being these people said no and threw the perfectly good food away. And for everyone that going to say well if perfectly good why return in first place that reason being I deadly allergic to Mayo and I made my food allergy know when I was placing the order.Dietary restrictions: Are not listened to or followed. If I blindly took a bite I would have ended up using my EpiPen and going to hospital

manager aresely or something to that nature Has a horrible attitude, We ordered at 3:30AM. The manager was taking ordered very rude "is that all is that all" the entire time. When we got to the window, I asked her why the attitude she slams the window and walks off. we were sitting at the window till 3:37Am till we decided to go in and see what the problem was. Food never got started we had to wait till 3:49 am for our food to be completed. 20 minutes for cold fries cold burger only thing hot was the nuggets.

There was roach found in my sandwich , then when I complained they did not do anything about it and I was baffled by their behavior and it made me sick , food looked soggy and just disgusting as well wouldn't recommend even eating there. The staff are rude and are careless and treat customers poorly. Worst food I've had in Milford,

Mrs. Zulma was very rude. I tried to make a deal with her and she didn't want to serve me. I told her that I wanted to talk to the manager of the store and she replied that she wouldn't talk to Madie, that she was the one who told me to leave, that she didn't care about my money.

Me and my Coworkers stopped to grab a quiCk bite before getting baCk to work and the Spanish lady who worked the register SMELLED of vodka and tobaCCo and refused to take our order, there was no prior altercation so this was odd. We proceeded to speak with another Wendy’s employee who refused to take our order as well, and further told us that the lady was in Charge and it was out of his hands. This was by far the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever attempted to dine in, and I would never recommend anyone go there.

I recently went there with my family the location was filthy. The Spanish female cashier was very loud and belligerent reeked of cigarettes and vodka . I was ordering a big order and she kept getting it wrong. When I corrected her she refused service. So me and my 4 kids were very upset, we spoke to the other male manager he also refused service because he seemed he wanted to avoid confrontation with his employee. Thankfully the pilot employees were very helpful and they were able to accommodate me and my family. I wouldn’t recommend that Wendy’s to anybody with a family. The employees have a 5th grade attention spand.

They Denied me service For something I had no part of. Maybe because I’m black I’m not sure…Both Spanish managers discriminated against
The lady today was horrible. She is horrific. Should not be in customer service. Yelling at me! Hope corporate reads this and she loses her job. There's always an issue with their credit card machine. Or they can't accept cash at times. Just issues. I don't recommend going there; and after today I will never eat there again. I will not recommend eating there to anyone.

Service is excellent. Employees work seamlessly together, have enjoyable interactions with customers and each other, and get food out quickly and correctly. All the food was as we expected it to be, hot and fresh. We tried the ghost pepper fries for the first time, I do not recommend them. The ghost pepper topping is an infused oil. The base oil they use has an awful taste. I was expecting something more like a powdered seasoning of ghost pepper. Other than that, it was a great experience.
