I went to this Wendy’s at 1:15 am. I didn’t expect much much but I’m used to the team being courteous and helpful. Not only did the woman taking my order not know what she was doing but she very discourteous and rude. She fumbled around for i don’t know how long to find cups to put drinks in and was very abrupt and short when asked questions regarding my order. She not only forgot to give me items on my order but she also was very rude and unfriendly when asked about the mistake. I understand it was late and staff doesn’t want to deal with people at this hour but it was a rather horrible experience for me. I love coming to this pilot Wendy’s after a long night of work and rewarding myself with a delicious baconator but I’d rather go to a McDonalds or anywhere else and get a better customer experience. I’m sure you all will ignore this review so I’m encouraging all my peers and others who had like wise experiences to speak up.

Always a good experience here. I come by in the very early morning usually and never have any issues with service or my order. I was pleased to see a team member from the other Milford location has recently switched to this location. I no longer will be going to the Bridgeport ave location.

It was a late night run, drive-thru only. The line was LONG but moved quickly. There were only two men working. They held it down!Great job ??

One of the worst service recieved, ordered a Dave's single combo meal and a baked potatoe, sat and waited for 15 minutes and all the food was cold, tried to call to complain, no one picked up the phone. One of the worst fast food restaurants around.

I went to the drive through at about 9:30 pm after a very long day. It was pretty busy (long line of cars waiting) for that time of night and I was tempted to exit the line and get back on the highway for my 30 minute ride home without eating dinner. But, the line went very quickly and the servers were friendly and efficient. They even got my order right which made my dinner on the road a pleasant experience for the end of a long, hard day.

No 4 for $4 or Biggie Bags. How can you have a Wendy's without what Wendy's is known for? Pathetic. They used to do them, something went horribly wrong at this place. Wendy's should cancel their franchise, as they're not really a Wendy's without 4 for $4 and $5 Biggie Bag.

Many years ago, I visited this Wendy's and had a sub-par experience. After suffering through the 20 minute line, the Wendy's then proceeded to mix up my coke and give me a Dr. Pepper instead. Naturally, I was taken back. Typically, I am a big fan of Wendy's and their Spicy Chicken sandwich, but this experience made me want to avoid this establishment all together. However, I am a believer in 2nd chances. When I arrived at this Wendy's for the 2nd time, my expectations were at rock bottom. I was afraid to be hurt yet again. First impressions, though, were much better. I moved through the drive-through line with ease, collecting an order for me and my associate relatively quickly. The staff was friendly and professional when I spoke with them. I pulled away happy, glad I had given this Wendy's a second opportunity. And then I arrived to eat my food Everybody knows that a key ingredient of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is sauce. That sauce becomes even more important in an order of chicken nuggets (like the ones my associate got). So you can imagine my anguish when I opened my bad and found NO SAUCE. I wanted so badly for this to be a story of redemption, but it seems that is far from the truth. The old wound of betrayal was reopened, and I am left empty and abandoned. I hope one day I can go to this Wendy's and leave smiling. But that day is not today.

Excellent service. Food is great, best Wendy’s location so far. As Dominicans say #ElFinal

Really enjoyed the excessively sweet mango pineapple lemonade. The manager, who was manning drive-thru was a little frustrated, but all is good

Cashier was great. Other staff can't follow simple orders. Manager refuses to correct order while the staff preps food complains

Ok but not great. People making food were wearing pajamas. One girl making burgers had a white and purple onesie on like my child wears it had a hole on her butt and was stained. The guy working register was professional.
