Visited this past weekend. The waitress suggested a dish that I ended up ordering. Took one bite and I did not like it, it took about 20 minutes for the waitress to get back to my table. When I explained that I did not like the entree she said “it's not my fault” . They were not accommodating. I ended up paying for a meal I did not eat. I won't be back.

Magical find in an unassuming small town! I'm so grateful that Yelp steered me here when I was passing through from out of town. Perfectly seasoned, deeply flavored rabbit casserole. Excellent Portuguese wine and olive oil. Impeccable, friendly service.

Why aren't people talking about this place more!!! We came here with friends and both had the most delicious meal! My husband had the steak on a rock and said it melted in his mouth. The chicken marsala was so tender and the sauce and mushrooms were extremely flavorful. We had a variety of appetizers that I unfortunately did not get photos of. Each one was fabulous! We will be back for sure!

Had steak dinner, roasted goat dinner, kale soup, shrimp Mozambique, cod cakes, and salad. I'm not impressed at all. Steak dinner is really disappointing for 50$ thin over cooked and bland with side of bland white rice and fries. The fries are decent but skimpy portion.

great portuguese food. very friendly and attentive staff. shrimp cakes a codfish casserole were well made.
Service was awful. Had to chase them down for a drink and when they finally brought us our check no one was to be found while we waited and waited and waited. Had to go to the back to get someone's attention just to pay the check.Will not go back.

What a hidden gem! I was in Naugatuck and did a web search and found this place. I’ve been by it hundreds of tunes but never stopped in because it isn’t at all attractive grub the outside. What a mistake! If you’re in Naugatuck you need to stop in here.
