The food is always a hit or miss. But when it’s good, it’s great. The delivery driver likes to call before arriving for delivery. I understand why he does this but honestly I just feel that It’s unnecessary!

Every time I order pizza from Domino’s in Naugatuck they always force me to leave a tip. Even when I don’t have any cash the driver would Called me and said they’ll be there in five minutes. If I leave any tip, I said I don’t have any cash. He would said you can add it to your cardWhy are you forcing me to leave you a tip when you come late my food is cold smh I would not order from them again

I see that dominoes Naugatuck is closed today ,tried calling 3x and after waiting 10 min on hold each call I gave up and chose papa John's instead,,I guess they don't want to keep their
So I placed an order online and pick up in store. My total should be $25 and they charged me $33.50 . So I called the store and explained what happened. He said nope you wrong when you add up the items you should pay $33.50.I explained if you go in online on Domino’s website and use the coupon the price should be $24. He said he need to call the manager. So mean time I drove to the location and this kid talks to the manager and the manager said if the price came up to $33.50 that’s the correct price. It’s nothing I can help you with. Even one of the associates said she is right . It’s charged extra. The kid said sorry I can’t help you. You can wait 30 min if you want to talk to the manager. Terrible customer service.
