First time I was disappointed with Mario’s I received 2 pizza that were reheated crust hard as rock pizza tasted hours old not good on Friday night I don’t order out much so to get this on a Friday night was very disappointing What I gave one star but I like this place and I understand what happened

My husband orders pizzas from Mario's every other Saturday for himself and our dogs. They love the delicious treat. It's convenient since long hours are worked on Saturdays.Parking: Mario's Pizza have their own parking area that's on an incline next to the restaurant. Some people park on the street, up the block or in Mario's parking area.

Best pizza in the Naugatuck Valley area!! The only pizza my kid will eat! The staff are friendly and courteous and the prices aren’t bad at all. Esp when they are doing a promotion like 1 large cheese for $5.There is no sitting area to wait for your order which stinks but that’s the only negative thing I can say. Everything else is great!

Super Bowl Sunday- waited 2 hours for an order that didn’t get started. They didn’t pay attention to their DoorDash orders because they were so busy. I had to cancel my order.That’s why I’m leaving 5 stars. This pizza places food is THAT good. As frustrated as I am.. I get it! The people here are kind and really care. They bust their @$$ to serve us.One bad order is nothing compared to the excellent service and food I constantly receive from Mario’s. 5 stars !!!

Very small & thin pizza slices & they had basically no flavor, No hint of either tomato sauce flavor, nor cheese nor
I wanted to order from Mario’s in Waterbury but accidentally called this place. When I realized my mistake I called to cancel the order but was told it was too late and to come and pick it up. I did honor their request and picked up the most disappointing mushroom and sausage pizza that I ever tasted. The sausage looked like kibble and the pizza was burnt. I wound up throwing it out for the animals to eat.Mario’s on Watertown Ave. in Waterbury is far superior and I deeply regret making the mistake of calling the wrong Mario’s.
