The Good
The store deserves credit for its prepared items and some fresh selections. I highly recommend the sushi, sauces, and various fish and dip offerings, which are consistently fresh.
The Bad
My overall rating is lowered due to persistent issues with the quality of raw shellfish. On multiple occasions, I have purchased oysters and clams only to discover they were spoiled or dead upon returning home. This has completely ruined planned meals and resulted in wasted time and money.
Customer Service Follow-up
I recently reached out directly to the store's customer service via email to politely inform them of the recurring shellfish issue. Unfortunately, I never received a response to my feedback, which is disappointing and suggests a lack of attention or care for customer concerns.
Due to the repeated problem with shellfish quality and the lack of follow-up from management, I will be purchasing my seafood elsewhere going forward.
