Staff TC (short height) was snotty and upset at client on 11/29th . Very unprofessional and lack 100% customer relation .

Don't place any orders online. At least as of July 2018 the online orders go through which indicates you can specify pickup. One of the locations doesn't receive the online order. The other location only receives the order but reportedly doesn't check to see when they come in. I recommend they disable the online ordering option due to the lack of reliability.

Stopped back into Cafe on Temple for lunch today, my usual places on Cedar Street were not accessible because of the Yale graduation. They had the same nasty pasta I had tried on my last visit (the "chicken puttanesca", see my previous review), so I opted to get the $5 lunch special of pulled pork & rice instead. Couldn't detect any meat flavor of the pork because it was so saturated with BBQ sauce. But my major issue with the dish was a 2 inch, sharp & jagged piece of bone that was hidden in with the pork. Fortunately I did not crack a tooth or swallow it (thank God). Both times I've had horrible experiences at Cafe Temple when ordering lunch. Needless to say, I won't be back. Ever.
