I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and asked them to use cream. The lady who took my order her name was gayu on her tag told me she will not make it with cream only 2% or almond milk. I asked her "do you not have cream?" She said I have cream but we only make it with 2% or almond. Now my problem is why, as a paying customer, when I request something tht not impossible to do can't get what I requested?? I order from DD all the time and never was I told I can't...read full review

My only real complaint is that they aren't too attentive to the line. Was just standing in line with two others while waiting on the girls to look up and notice us but they just kept talking until everyone started yelling to them. Just gives the impression that we were bothering them at work.
