Upon walking in, it took about 5 minutes until I was greeted and asked for my order. Mind you, someone was behind the counter.. a nice "hello, I'll be right with you" would be nice. I ordered a caramel latte, it was okay. Had a bit of a burnt taste, but I'm not sure if that's the kind of syrup they use or what. Would likely try again and hope for a better experience.
Omg Jojo's watermelon iced tea is absolutely incredible!!! Probably the best thing I've had in a long time. So refreshing, not too sweet, and has the perfect amount of watermelon pulp. The environment is super chill and comfy. Just moved to New Haven and I totally look forward to coming here more frequently.

Great atmosphere and vibe -- but be aware, the WIFI is OFTEN not working which makes it really difficult to do work here!! I would love to come here more often but normally avoid it when I know I need my laptop.
