This place has gone downhill. Rock bottom.Food is more mediocre every visit. The entire staff has blundered in customer service.On one occasion, the owner refused to correct an order the restaurant made incorrectly. He was extremely rude and condescending. Ultimately, we were left to reorder from another restaurant.On the next, the restaurant took a pick up order over the phone and did not fulfill it. After a thirty minute wait at home, we were told to “just wait another thirty minutes,” at the restaurant for our order. The cashier insisted that our total for two (2 topping) Sicilian pies was $85. He too refused to make any adjustments or review the charges. He then told us to order delivery online and go home.We chose to save ourselves the headache and leave. We will not be returning.

Asked for a chicken cutlet with lettuce, tomato, mayo, American cheese, olives, and hot sauce. No cheese or olives on it and way too much hot sauce it’s soaked in it. Waste of 12 dollars. This place doesn’t care about making food right for customers. Never going back.

Food we ordered was not good at all. The service was good and even delivered to the hotel lobby but the quesadillas looked liked cheese and meat thrown together and the wings were soggy and tasted like a bottle of franks dumped on them.

Looking for food after a night at the toads place and came across this gem. Food was so good. Had the shrimp Cajun pasta and it was so satisfying. Salad delicious and calamari good. Not the biggest fan of the NY style tho. Garlic balls where fresh at 11 at night.

I had the Cajun shrimp Alfredo and it was perfect well done…I’m a pasta lover and needed a new place to try and I’m glad I chose them.
We always call the restaurant for their personal delivery. Dont call Door Dash or Uber Eats. You'll be disappointed! Delivery driver is quick, kind ,and efficient (he appreciated any tips we gave him). The pizzas were fantastic! We got shrimp pesto pizza. Shrimp was large & so fresh! We also tried their Sicillian pizza (my hubbys go-to favorite). He said it was amazing. I also got a Caprese Salad. The basil was so fresh and delishious that I ordered it with extra basil & and shrimp the next time. It was not a mistake, it was fantastic. Woman answering the phone seemed a bit rude the first time, but I've become really enjoy her "sweetheart." Their whole family seems like friends of our family now. Everything arrives very hot and fresh. Subs are not great, but we come for the pizza & bread knots. Never Dissappoints. Thank you Marco Polo!!

The delivery driver was very rude, gave us the wrong pizza and then demanded it back after we contacted about the mistake. We gave back the mistake and were given the correctly made pizza however, it was completely frozen. My concern is that since they asked for the mistake back that someone else had ours... to reserve food that was left unattended at a strangers house is absolutely ridiculous. The restaurant then refused to give us a refund. Do not recommend if you like warm, correct and sanitary food!

I had a pizza slice with Mushrooms. It was heated well and a little crispy which I liked. It didn't have enough sauce. I would have liked it with just a little more sauce. I loved the taste of the sauce.

The pizza was just fine - the toppings were quite sparse and overall it needed more flavor. The service was also slow. In the past they used to come and take your order, now you have to order at the counter and the employee seemed confused. I wouldn't go back unless just for a slice.

Pizza is delicious , and staff is friendly, but after the club they don’t let anyone use the bathroom, which is really unfair for paying customers. Please let people use the bathrooms when your business is open.
This place is my go-to! Their pizza is one of the best in New Haven. Food is fresh. Portions are big. Highly recommended!
