Food was prepared as ordered and quickly. Thumbs up to the kitchen staff. On the other hand, ridiculously rude manager today. Ignored me when I walked in instead of taking my order (sitting down looking at her phone) so I used the kiosk. Afterwards I stood at the counter waiting for her attention to get my cup. She was doing a little inventory with her drink vendor and so I waited patiently for a break in the conversation. I was standing just on the other side of the counter in full view. At least a minute goes by with not even acknowledging me. I asked politely if I could get a cup - no response. She then took a phone call and started to have a conversation with another worker about something. Still ignoring me the entire time. Finally after the call I asked again and she gave me the cup. Frustrated at this point I asked rhetorically if I was invisible. Here where it gets really unbelievable. She starts yelling at me that I shouldn't talk to her that way and starts making it all my fault. I pushed back saying that she had ignored me and wasn't doing her job. She starts yelling at me about how she had to do so many things as a manager and that I should just get f* out if I didn't like it. She was screaming at me to get out of her store. Apparently the customer isn't supposed to complain but she is free to scream and swear at them. I feel very sorry for the people who have to work with this person.

EVERY TIME I ORDER THRU GRUB HUB, THEY NEVER PUT ANY SAUCES IN THE BAG WHEN I ORDERED THE SAUCE. ANNOYING. IF THEY CAN JUST SIMPLY COMPLETE THE ORDER CORRECTLY.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell, waited at least 30 minutes for my food and then got attitude from the manager cuz they were out of soft taco shells, do not go here seriously, it’s the worst

This is a Taco Bell Cantina location, which is always fun. The service was reasonably fast on my visit and they were pretty helpful in resolving issues quickly. My burrito seemed a bit smaller than I usually get at other locations, but you have to expect some variety in these things. My freeze cocktail was tasty, a fun drink if you can handle the sugar.

Hours are wrong. Whoever is in charge should be fired. It is genuinely an insult to your time when you go somewhere and the hours are wrong, and your time is utterly and insultingly wasted

The workers that were there at 11 pm on June 16th were terrible. I waited 20 minutes for 3 tacos and they were not able to fulfill my order in that time span; in fact, they weren't even close. There was one female worker that was rude and condescending to all customers. Another employee in the kitchen played around and told customers to take off their face masks. I left because I had no more time and wasn't able to get a refund even though they hadn't started my order yet. Overall, a terrible experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I’d give zero stars. Thank god I got over my Taco Bell binge, because after my visit yesterday I’ll never eat Taco Bell again. The employees are beyond disrespectful.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from DoorDash and the food was cold I understand some people take long to pick up and delivery the food put my tacos weren’t even tacos it was more like a salad with crumbs all over. Half of my order was missing as well. I called they answered said hold on and left the phone sitting there as I kept saying hello they would walk by my fiancé tried calling they would ignore the call. I work in fast food I hate when people complain about their orders as well but this is terrible.
