My daughter and I showed up at 7:50pm and the doors were locked. When the girl working came to the door she said they were already closed. I told her that it was 10 minutes until closing, can we just get two orders in? She responded and said no sorry were closed. We’re very disappointed because we drove out of our way and rushed over to get here so we could have this for our drive back to Boston. We want to make sure the owner is aware of these missed sales.

The pulled pork sandwich was flawless. But the service wasnt that great. I walked in for the first time, I stood by the ordering station but the two guys continued to talk about what ever. No hello, no "hey how you doing." I had to say, "hi, do I order from one of you?" I wasn't expecting an over the top spiel but some kindness would have been nice. They seemed very miserable back there. If I want survive like this, I'll just go to subway.

I got a regular steak &cheese sub and my son a large. We had trouble finishing because it was sooo good and filling. Nice and hot and tasty too.

Nice small sandwich stop bye GCC! I like the ordering system they have there, makes ordering and waiting for your food quick n easy. The staff could tell it was my first time and explained how to make my order and they were super nice!

My husband and I noticed Which Wich while we were walking downtown, decided to try it out. Absolutely, amazing sandwiches and lovely staff. Props to the manager, for training such employees. We walked in, and one employee showed us around, as this was new to us. The restaurant is very clean, and well maintained. Will definitely go back and highly recommended it!! Philly cheesesteak is AMAZING!!

Only 1 person working the entire store. Had to be the blandest sandwich I have ever had. The turkey club had no taste. a large grinder, soda, and chips was over $18. The drink choices were limited to coke, diet coke, sprite, and water. If I could give it a no star, I would. Just go to jersey mikes. You'll be much better off.

If I could give it zero I would. What a horrible experience. There was one employee working. The sandwich was bland. The employee didn't add requested toppings. There were no chips left for the combo meal. There were only three choices for soda, and some of them were only serving water as the soda was out. The tea was also not working. Just a real disappointing experience all around. Interesting concept poorly executed.

Went with coworkers and was pleasantly suprised by the quality of sandwich vs price. Absolutely blows subway out of the water. Its quickly becoming one of my favorite quick lunch spots in down town new haven. Also great for office lunches
