I ordered a small Al Pollo Chicken pizza. Pollo means CHICKEN.. there was no chicken on the pizza at all. I called to complain and the worker says the chef put “tiny pieces” on the pizza, which wasn’t true. I reiterated that there was no chicken on the pizza.. his response was “are you calling my chef a liar?” then tells me its going to take 4 hours to send me a new pizza.

DoorDashed as I got stuck late at work. There was hardly any meat on my $14 sub and the onion rings were mildly soggy. It's been a couple years but I used to frequent Wings n Pies in Willi and the subs were always stuffed with premium cold cuts. Not the pre-processed mush pressed into shape that came in my dinner tonight. Sorely disappointed.

Ordered a meatball grinder for delivery. Took a bite of it and bit into something, i think chicken, but whatever it was it was bad and not a meatball grinder. I called the store. They told me "well you touched it so there is nothing we can do". Litterally the most ridiculous answer that could be given.

I ordered chicken tenders and garlic bread w/ cheese and when I tell you it was THE MOST NASTIEST food I’ve ever tasted‼️ The honey mustard sauce was already poured on the tenders and the cheese on the garlic bread was partially melted, I had to bake it some more for the cheese to fully melt. I had a couple of bites & threw the rest of it away. $37.16 (I tipped $10 for delivery driver) wasted.

Ordered the fish and chips (delivery) and it was the most disgusting meal I’ve ever tasted! A few pathetic and OLD flat flimsy tasteless filets thar smelled awful! I took a bite and had to spit it out. My standards for food are not that high so honestly - stay away! Never ordering from here again!!

I was craving wings and didn't want to drive all the way to Norwich, so we checked out this location. I wasn't impressed with the restaurant itself and truthfully, I was a little skeptical about ordering. We ordered the 25 wings/5 different sauces to go. Garlic Parm, Thai Chili, Buffalo Med, Honey Mustard and Chipotle Bbq. The wings were a good size. I think they were baked, flash fried and then smothered in the sauces. Much to my surprise, they were really good and satisfied my craving. Plump and crispy - just the way I like them. The sauces were also very tasty. They even deliver, but if they didn't... I'd go back.

Ordered on Slice after my doordash driver lost my first order. I gave them the correct address (confirmed by Slice) and waited for my order. Unfortunately the driver drove to a location 20 minutes away and when I called to let them know they told me they wouldn't deliver my order (too far) and that I needed to call to cancel. I called Slice to cancel and was told that they needed to hear what happened from the driver (who is employed by the restaurant) but he wasn't answering his phone anymore. I lost my money and didn't get a pizza.
