I went to Baskin Robbins twice this past week and had an annoying experience both times. My first time the staff were playing around like little children. They were screaming so loud the person taking my order couldn’t hear what I was saying. I had to ask them to quiet down. My second time I ordered rum raisin ice cream thinking that they had it with a sign posted, then I was told it was snickers and they put the wrong sign there. Very deceiving to customers! The guy didn’t remove the sign like he should have, However the ice cream I got was good and I wasn’t overcharged. Still, I don’t intend to go there for ice cream again until further notice. Possibly never.

My significant other and I TRIED to have a cozy movie night in so we ordered Uber eats ice-cream sundaes to the house. We ordered cookie dough layered sundaes and instead got HALF a cup of PLAIN VANILLA ICE CREAM. We drove over to Baskin Robins to notify the employee of the error at which point a male came to the window and stated “sorry we didn’t have what you ordered”. I explained to him that I paid $18.00 through Uber for the order and questioned how he could charge that price for HALF a cup of plain vanilla ice cream. As an employee you should have the common sense and decency to contact us (via number provided in Uber eats) OR cancel the order so the charge doesn’t go through. Pure laziness. Will not give business any further.

Very rude employees. Watched them disrespect and make facial jesters at a customer. Totally rude. I left after watching that behavior.

Stopped in this afternoon, a woman came over to serve us. When I placed my order I was asked to repeat the order several times. The server was wearing a headset and I suggested that she take it off, would help her to understand my request. She immediately threw up her hands and shouted for her manager. Said I was rude. The manager filled my order (no headset). Once we paid he told me to bounce! I can absolutely understand the manager standing up for his employee. However, as a manager he should have the details before telling me to bounce. He was not present during the original Oder exchange, having no details or understanding of what occurred. And to top it all off the original server felt it was good customer service to say to me "f**k you. " And the manager said nothing. Keep in mind that a fish stinks from the head down.

This place is the worst. The drive thru line takes forever, every single day. They always tell you they're "out of" whatever you ask for especially if it's ice cream. Cookies n cream? "We're out" You want a milkshake? "Oh sorry all 3 of our blenders are not working" Come on. It's THE WORST! And the place inside is so h a mess now! Idk what happened.
Service is awful, the staff is rude they are always saying they don't have a drink that I request because no one wants to make it. JUST SIMPLY RUDE AND i AM FILING A COMPLAINT!!!

Nice place to have both of best hot and cold, tried new strawberry pink and jamaican walnut fudge ice-cream was amazing, Baskin Robin's has good varieties of ice-creams.And friendly staff is added value.And all you can also get it as drive through also.

The worse. went in for ice cream and clearly the cashier needs to stay as a cashier because he has no idea what a SCOOP OF ICE CREAM IS!!!! I asked for two scoops in a cup to go. I got one and a quarter scoops. I don't live that close. So when I called I was told come back and we can give you another scoop or refund, THE SERVER WAS PROBABLY IN RUSH. FALSE HE WAS NOT in a rush because I was the only one in the store. No apology, didn't ask my name. I will go back to CARVEL OR ANOTHER BASKIN AND ROBBINS IN WHITE PLAINS, NY. Don't go there for Ice Cream, Maybe donuts but you may get a half of donut for $5.00
