I have to say it’s very disappointing. Walking into a Dunkin’ Donuts on a highway and waiting 15 to 20 minutes to order a coffee.Ever since they’ve installed the new self order kiosk in the stores, it slows the line down. They are not user-friendly and half a time they are broken which means if there is no staff, there is no one to take orders.I literally spent 15 minutes just wanting to order a cuppa coffee and some munchkins.The staff on site was very unfriendly and not responsive to the fact that they were 10 people in line literally 10 people waiting to order and again the kiosk was not working.My suggestion the Dunkin’ Donuts, take out the kiosk and put the staff in that is friendly, creating an atmosphere that they used to have when I travel along this route

Really bad service, went a few minutes after 2:30 today and the woman at the window got my girlfriends attention by just saying “lady” repeatedly after we had been waiting there for a minute. She gave us our food and said “bye” but forgot one of our coffees. When we said we still needed a coffee she said “oh” then went and made the completely wrong coffee. Probably the least friendly worker I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin

Doesn’t take Dunkin’ perks app. Couldn’t redeem my free drink. Not really a Dunkin’ Donuts the receipt says stop and shop. Wouldn’t recommended if you want points.

It’s ridiculous that this Dunkin’ looks like it’s open when you show up at 10:30, but it’s not. If you’re not open, turn off your lights and don’t look like you’re welcoming guests.

What can one say about a Dunkin? This one is clean, spacious, well-staffed, and accepts all the proper Dunkin coupons and cards. Fresh donuts, too!

I use to love this Dunkin but recently I have been very annoyed with my service. Last week I went there and the lady taking my order was laughing the entire time she was taking my order. I kept having to repeat myself because she couldn't understand me. I speaking clearly but she could not even talk because she was just laughing away. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and got it on a croissant. The next time I was there I asked for the same order and got no egg on my sandwich. I use to love this Dunkin but that is quickly changing.

Love this place! The coffee is delicious and I love the way they decorate the top of the coffee. The toast was so good! The service is great, and the place is decorated so well. Whenever I return to Norwalk, I will be coming back here!
