The service here has slipped from very good to "couldn't be bothered." Pizza is pretty good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our pizza and chicken salad. Our waitress was on top of our refills of water/soda and any questions about our food. Thank you for not closing ALL the Bertucci's in CT!!

It wasn't as good as it had been in the past. Rolls were hard, asked girl for fresh ones, she said there were any fresh ones, now...and basically made no effort to please us, then forgot about us mostly for the rest of our visit. In the past they would make an effort at least to honor our request. I used to really like that place ...:(

I feel this is one of the better Bertucci's in the area. We were sat within 15 mins of arrival on a busy Friday evening and greeted promptly by our server. Drinks and appetizer arrived quickly, followed soon after by our salads. Entrees arrived exactly when they should have, and were just as good as they looked and sounded in the menu! Overall great experience!

This Bertucci's in Shelton was a bit overrated by others. The service was up to par with other similar restaurants and that's about it as far as nice things. The food was maybe a 5 out 10. The place definitely needs some deep cleaning to get rid of odors. Everything looks like beaten up and in bad shape. Not sure if I would recommend it to anyone. Used to be a very fine place in Shelton for office people.
