These 5 stars are for Travis! Went there today and he was the employee making my order. Super sweet and social, cracked a few jokes, accommodated to my requests with the order. Left with a smile and a great meal! Shout out to him and thank you!

I use to like coming to this Chipotle but this will be the last time. The workers just rush you put of the line without explaining. I took my husband there and it was his first time ordering their tacos. He didn't know he was about to choose different type of meat for each, he was asking questions about his choices and one of the ladies completely ignored him and just pushed his food to tue next lady who teued to explain and be nice about the situation. Lady you are still on the clock, no need to rush customers out especially when it's their first time ordering. Then the bathroom was horrible, it smelled so bad as if there were urine sitting there for every. Southbury is nice so idk what's going on with this establishment. The employees need to step their game up

Place is absolutely trashed, garbage on every table and every single inch of the place has bugs crawling all over. Staff is extremely stingy with portions and they’re always changing. Never the same staff, and they all look clueless every single time. I don’t know why I continue to think any time I come to this location it would be different. Definitely a health hazard and calls will/should be made. Managers clearly do not care about this location. 35$ for 2 bowls that my 7 year old would still be hungry after eating. The serving trays the food was on were disgisying and had flies all over them.

Burritos were delicious! My husband’s first time and he was not disappointed! It took forever to finally get him to try it and he was so reluctant. However he left full and happy!

The food is as good as Chipotle gets and the portion sizes are good. But this place is not clean. There is food laying everywhere. They really need to start cleaning more.

Place is dirty. Food not warm at all. The only thing warm is if you order Quesadilla . We ordered Smoked Brisket the meat is cold. And it was not as advertised. Brisket is chops in to small pieces. And my daughter ordered cheese quesadilla with side of chicken, beans and rice also cold. Plenty table are dirty. I never see the manager to tell please monitor tables 😕 for customer to seat and actually enjoy the meal.

First time getting Chipotle, tried to order so I could pick up on my way to work. When I got there the door was still locked (10:50ish) so I had to wait for someone to open it. The interior was filthy. Clearly no one cleaned the night before, still food on the bench seats. And my order wasn’t ready. Had to wait for the order and had time to look around and was honestly surprised that the restaurant was so messy. Every surface needed a good cleaning and the fabric on their shelving was hanging down/falling off. Another couple walked in while I was waiting and no one acknowledged them for a good 2 minutes as they stood at the counter. No hello, no I’ll be right with you, nothing. The kid putting my food together was nice. Huge chunk of inedible gristle in my steak bowl (half dollar sized), chips were good. I won’t be back.

The date is 12/4/2024. I am a highly frequent customer, and recently there has been a sharp decline in service in the evening crew. One person in particular doesn’t make things properly and royally skimps on meat portions. Not even a normal scoop. I left furious after he incorrectly made a child’s chicken and cheese quesadilla after refusing to admit he was slopping it together poorly. I reuse to pay the prices for such poor service and quality of making the meals. I likely will not be back now.

To begin with saying horrible freaking food , first and last time ordering after spending almost 50 on two items it’s insane , ordered a burrito and whoever wrapped it broke the first tortilla so they slapped a second and third one to cover it , tortillas were stale as well , wrong protein was in place of my steak , seems like they also dropped the whole container of hot sauce was not even edible, will be reporting to the department of health .
