What a hidden gem! I had no idea this place existed and I regret that. The staff was great, the prices were... outstandingly affordable and the food was great. The coffee was pretty good too, excellent when comparing it to a chain coffee franchise.I had a couple donuts and they were solidly good donuts. My wife's garlic bagel with cream cheese was even better. Looking forward to coming back and getting a couple of breakfast sandwiches in the future.Vegetarian options: They have eggs and cream cheese, so adequate for most vegetarians. They also offer a veggie sandwich option as well.

I stopped here after a day of skiing at mohawk mountain, but it was closed. I came across the owner as he was leaving. (Tony) he asked me what I would of liked to get. I told him just a coffee. He did not hesitate at all offered to get it for me. Tony opened the store and heated up of delicious cup of coffee. ( Chocolate Raspberry) Extra Large to be exact, not a small!!!! Amazing for someone to do that! Exceptional customer service. I might even drive 45 minutes to go back! VERY good experience, and i just wanted to say Thank You Again, and I appreciated it!!

These people NEVER NEVER EVER EVER answer the phone EVER. I’ve been there on the phone while it’s ringing- listening to it ring in the store and they won’t answer. One time I started calling in Litchfield, let it ring till I got to the bottom of 254! Those SOBs still didn’t answer. Don’t matter if there’s people in there or not. It’s like they’ve never heard a damn phone ring before. So infuriating when you’re in a hurry and can’t call ahead. Plus the women working there are not happy! It’s like they’re all wearing burlap underwear. It’s like Sorry- but I’m driving to Ami’s for my bagel. That is all.

An absolute eloquent experience. The staff was professional and polite. Their service blew my socks off. "Jessilyn," was extremely kind and conscientious. The coffee I ordered had great notes of Mocha and Cocoa. The sit down area was exquisite with beautiful and classy decorations. I will be returning!

I have been going here for 10+ years and I LOVE it! The staff is always friendly and quick despite always having a line out the door! They have TONS of flavors of hot and iced coffee. They get the bagels from Amis Hot Bagels and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious!
absolutely loved my experience. they was friendly, coffee was amazing. i had their chocolate peanut butter cup coffee. the only regret was that the cup didnt refill itself. their bagels was awesome aswell especially with some cream cheese though you can add so much more to them. give them a go if youre in the area and are able too

Tony's is wayyyyyyyyy better than those dumb-kin places. Donuts and pastries made fresh and not delivered from some main warehouse hub. Coffee always fresh and never has that burnt taste like dumb-kin. I recommend the short ride from Bristol, plainville, terryville, etc ...

Twice I've come in here and I'm invisible. So I decided to tell someone "i was here before the 2 other people that walked in after me and this is the 2nd time this has happened to me in here" and instead of a simple customer service apology, he gives me multiple reasons why they PROBABLY thought I was being help. There was only 1 other person before me already being helped and 4 people behind the counter. 2 which were just talking to each other. It was not busy. No reason I should walk into a breakfast spot near noon & feel like I need to stick up for myself against the staff and then keep sticking up for myself against the staff. Rude and disgusting manners.
