I don't understand how this place passes inspections. The place smells horrible when you walk in. They still have plastic hanging from Covid days. Everyone raves about the food, but yet this restaurant hasn't won 1 Tolland County away in decades, yet they proudly display what the past owners won!! This restaurant is dirty, smells like wet socks, and the last encounter I had with the female there made me decide not to ever order from Panda Palace again!!

Came to this restaurant tonight for the first time in about 10 years as we had moved out of state. We were looking forward to it but we were very disappointed. It was dirty and dingy inside. The food was just ok. Very greasy crab rangoons and the pad Thai was overcooked and mushy. The waitress was pleasant but I couldn’t believe how run down this restaurant now looks. Not sure if it has new owners that aren’t keeping up with it? Sorry to say we won’t go back.

I’ve been going here since I moved to CT several years ago. The best place around! Great, consistent food! The staff and delivery drivers are friendly, warm, and timely. All around a wonderful place to get really good food.

Food is GREAT!! I bought Chinese food for my residents at the nursing home for Chinese New Year yesterday and everyone loved it!! The party was a huge success!!!

Egg roll 4/10 the taste was good but was so greasy it wasn’t pleasant to eat. Ethan said “my hands are literally dripping grease”
Wonton soup 5/10 the broth was good but the wontons themselves were hard and flavorless
Water is city tap, but doesn’t taste too strong of chemicals 5/10
Fried wontons cold but good crunch and taste, 7.5/10
General Taos 7/10, it is sweet and crispy, not the best I’ve had but is better then most
Pork fried rice. Did someone take my rice and drop it in a fire? then plate it? It tastes like a charcoal grill 3/10
Service 7/10 they kept our water full but that’s about it
Cleanliness 2/10 why did my boot stick to the floor, and overall just not a clean place.

Nearly two hours for delivery for 3 items.

Never again.

We had a lovely family dinner here with our daughter, her husband and 2 little ones. Everything was terrific, from service to moo shoo. Can't believe earlier reviews which were negative. Have been coming here for dine-in or takeout for several years, and always enjoy it!!!

Ordered the sesame chicken, lo mein, egg rolls, and the crab rangoons. Everything was delicious. I will definitely order from here again. The crab rangoons could have been filled more but there was actually crab meat inside which is a plus since some other establishments don’t add as much crab as this place. We’ll be ordering from here on New Years! Totally recommend!
