went there with family. My granddaughter found hair in her appitizer. When her meal came there was hair in that also. Hard to enjoy your meal when your afraid to eat it. also I noticed on my way back from the restroom the floor had not been cleaned and there was hair on the floor. Hair nets would be a good thing to invest in here

We were there for a party so we had a buffet style meal. The pork was so tender and moist it was like eating butter! Fantastic chicken!!! Great Empenada's as well!! Fried plantains were excellent!!! If you're in the mood for Spanish food.........this IS the place!!!

Stopped here for a lunch on a Saturday. Not busy at all. Our waitress was the owners daughter. She recommended a traditional chicken stew with rice and beans and a cubed steak dish. They were both incredible. The owner came out to serve us and talked about how the chicken stew was a dish she grew up with in Puerto Rico and brought the recipe here from her mom. We enjoyed ourselves and look forward to trying the dinner menu. Note: the lunch and dinner menus are very different and have items that are not on the other menu. Prices were good. 2 people for lunch was $20. Also, Friday’s are karaoke and every other Saturday is Salsa dancing with no closing time!

My friend had been asking -to meet for lunch or dinner -for a while now. So being I was going to be out and about all day- and I knew I wouldn’t want to cook - when I got home. I suggested we meet at Tata’s at 4:30 pm. It was so nice meeting up and we had an enjoyable dinner - it was a while since I’d been to TaTas - and they moved to Center Street now — about a 1/2 mile from there previous Quinnipiac street address ( which is the old address on this advertisement) I ordered beef n cheese empanadas to go ( they make the best empanadas). We both ordered pollo relleno de yuca ( stuffed chicken breast with yuca peppers onions and spinach with a garlic sauce and spanish rice. They were delish! And we had our cocktails which were also very good. My friend enjoyed it there - she dad never been - and likes to try new places We have plans to meet here again next month Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Always a good time at Grand Central. Friendly, attentive bartenders with plenty of TVs for your favorite game or race. Keno to boot!
