Very disappointed. I utilize this particular spot quite often. On tonight for my order they ask me do I want a medium or large I take medium but my fries wasn’t even a small way less than half full . I checked inside my bag thinking maybe they fell over. Not the case my bag had no straggler fries. I wish I could post the pic I took of my fries.

I went in to get a quarter pounder I had originally Oder without no modifications and I triedTo change it but it didn’t let me I stopped the employee before making the sandwich to tell her to not pit pickles she toldMe to wait I waited and the other lady made the sandwich wrong due to the otherEmployee ignored me on top of that when she finally came to me to give me the Oder wrong I remind her to put mayo in the sandwich the lady screamed to the other oneTo put mayo and they didThe sandwich without mayo the customer services here was terrible. I will not recommend coming here at all.

This mcdonalds is one of the worst! Everytime I go here something is wrong and I'm forced to turn around and have it redone! The old white male manager at the window in the evenings has a SERIOUS attitude problem. I was a manager at a mcdonalds, owned by the SAME person and I would never have my job if I spoke to my customers and messed up as many orders as these people. Get it together or find another job you are good at

At one time I could've said that this was the best McDonald's I'd ever been to. It's not as good as that anymore but still good. It's a little unpredictable. I've had one of the best vanilla shakes I've ever had here and I've had many average shakes also. I am not a consumer of McDonald's. But I am the parent of one. French fries and ice cream. I can tell you this location is so professionally run I am amazed. It is extremely clean, the operation is fast and efficient, and the employees are professional and nice. Unlike 99% of the McDonald's out there, this one stands out. Engaged management makes a huge difference in restaurant operations. You can go half a mile down the street from this location and try the drive-thru at their competitors. It is beyond disturbing what is happening.

I love this place and It's my place to go with my girls.Just have to comment this as recently the amount of their large fries is almost the same with their small. Plus first time I got denied on getting extra cup for water. My kids dont do soda so I am just getting cup of water for them is a regular thing. Don't like the way the crew look on my kids before telling me they can't do that anymore.

I have issues and the drive-thru quite often I think it's due to the employees at the drive-thru tend to be very young and more concerned with having their conversations and laughing then turning food out specially when it gets busy other than that very polite very nice
