I order through doordash. Most recently I ordered the 2 meat combo with beans and a side of potato salad. The meat was brisket & pulled pork. Both were moist and delicious as well as the beans and corn bread. The potato salad had onions in it which I am not a fan of, so I only had a bite, but the flavor was not of a storemade variety. I asked for sauces on the side (Carolina & KC). The Carolina was spicy which I was not expecting at all. Overall, I enjoyed the food and plan on ordering again sometime.

I had catered food from the Pig Rig BBQ for an Open House Event yesterday March 12th 2024 for Central Turf & Irrigation the event was for 100 people. I called Brenna at the Pig Rig BBQ to schedule the food and time and date the whole process was great. The whole staff at The Pig Rig are awesome. The food showed up on time and everyone loved the food. Best BBQ in the state. I have catered from the Pig Rig BBQ for our last 3 events and will continue to have them Cater our food for our events. The best BBQ in the area. Excellent pulled pork, ribs, burnt ends, brisket and even smoked turkey. Their Cowboy Beans, intensely rich and smoky, are addictive. The folks there are nice too. Eat in or take out. You will be very happy.

Found this hidden gem In Wallingford when I moved here 10 years ago, and so glad I did! If you're looking for good tasting BBQ- look no further! My favorite is the pulled pork sandwich with the mac n cheese, beans, and cornbread! Highly recommend!

I find the food at most barbecue joints in Connecticut a little greasy, a little messy, a little flavour shy. Not this place it's in a big shopping, plaza and hidden from the street a little, but make sure you stop by. The burnt ribs were unreal, so good.! My favourite side were their baked beans, which are like another entree unto itself!
