Great service, but a little bit expensive. 3.50 for 1 chocolate chip ??

Kaitlyn was amazing and so helpful. The rest of the staff were also so friendly and happy, made the place feel warm and welcoming. I stayed from about 12:30 to now, and even the shift change was smooth. No one waited long for their drinks/food, and everyone was happy. Please make sure the owner/ general manager recognizes how great their staff is. ?
They seriously need to refocus on customer service. And not immediately assume every drink is automatically a grande. They need to ask not just make a certain size drink because they didn't hear you say venti. I was there today and not only did they not have ice. When I got my drink it was made as a grand. When I went and told the girl she got an attitude and told me she heard me say grande but she'd remake it anyway. I literally watched her grab the grande off the counter dump it into a venti cup and dilute it with more cream.

Took a quick drive to get my wife a coffee, and my mini me wanted to come along. She obviously can’t have anything with caffeine due to her age, but when my 3 year old said, “Can I have a pink drink, please?” the barista offered to make a tall iced milk with strawberry purée and topped with whipped cream. Might have been a mistake because now she’s hooked. This is the Starbucks business model and I just brought my daughter into the trap haha. She loved her “pink drink” and also her bumblebee cake pop- and when my wife asked why it took so long to get home, my daughter replied, “I had a problem. I didn’t want to leave that place.” So..yup, there goes Daddy’s money.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, the baristas interact with kids, and have always said hi to my kids while going through the drive through.Parking: Parking in front of the store, as well as in front of other stores and even in the lot next door.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, low counter for picking up, and wheelchair accessible (and sized) tables.

Went to this store to get a drink today at 6pm and the girl working the drive thru was extremely rude. Placed my order and went to pay and got told that they were not allowed to accept a 50 dollar bill on a 13 dollar order. I have never heard of a store not being allowed to take a 50. After I told her that it was all I had on me and to cancel my order she left for a few minutes then came back with my change which she tossed at me. She then went to being sarcastic and saying “do you need a straw or no” to which I replied yes. (What am I suppose to drink a Frappuccino with my hands??” She tossed the straw at me and then opened the window again and said “here” and tossed my drink into my hand and having a nasty attitude and closed the window. Extremely rude employee that doesn’t seem to want to do her job at all and furthermore wants to refuse people’s money on top of that. I am a long term customer of Starbucks and have never been treated this way before. I will go to the other one up the road and recommend others do as well, they are extremely nice there and enjoy their job and it shows. this one is horrible and I will never go there again. To little too late the people at this location should be taught how to be kind to the customers, after all we pay their pay checks and don’t deserve to have our drinks and food tossed at us because your employee decided she didn’t want to count out change and was having a bad day.

Employees are rude and do not take their job seriously. A few of their morning managers are unnecessarily condescending.

Just not a good experience over several says i was in town for business. Wrong order twice at the drive thru, less food selection than other locations. Staff seemed detached and uninterested.

Placed an order ahead and still waited in drive through line for 31 minutes. My London dog iced teas tasted like milk. Now I am going in to get that fixed. What a disaster. Meter said they were running at 33 % efficiency . Avoid this location if possible.
