One of the better tacobells I've been to in CT... or at least my area. Rarely mess up my order like other places. They did mess up once tho so I guess they're not perfect either.

went to taco bell later on at night and there were 3 teens basically running the place by themselves. i ordered 3 tacos and a burrito. simple order. i repeated my order multiple times as well to make sure it was correct. when giving my total amount, whoever was taking my order, added on 10 burritos and told me my order came out to $342. i immediately corrected him and told him that was not my order to which i was given a response of “im just kidding, you can pull up”. i then pulled up to the window to pay for my order, waited 10 minutes, and then was given 2 free slushies and my order which ended up being incorrect anyway.

I showed up tonight and didn’t know walking in was just for pick up for the delivery services. I put in my order at the kiosk after answering them I’m putting in an order. After I do it they tell me to go through the drive thru with full of attitudes straight to picking up my food. And I was on the phone with a friend and they were very upset how the staff talked to me while I was calm to them. The evening shift staff is getting worse. Not my first time at this location evening crew getting attitude from them even the manager when they served me.

Food is always good but there seems to be an issue with the heat in this Taco Bell and the one in Milford. I just thought it was odd that that was very cold but so is this one!
Waiter was nice tried to give me best deal or senior discount food was good.,would go back. My wife said bathroom was filthy and was a man in one of the stalls. The slowest and most disorganized fast food restaurant I have ever been to!
I'm sorry to do this! Pulled up to drive through at 10:52 on a Wednesday night. Teller says hold on I'll be right with you, I wait until 11:12 to call the inside because I know they are open. Teller comes to the phone apologizes and says his head set died. Hmmmmmm OK so you didn't watch the customers behind me back out and drive away while waiting over 20 minutes at a drive in? Then (because I called) he takes my order and I wait another 13 minutes to make 4 tacos and a burrito. The teller says sorry my co- worker is having an asthma attack. Hmmmmm, i watch her cough into her arm a few times. Also OK if she was then, man up that's you Teller! Anyway this was so ridiculous on all levels. Get BETTER WALLINGFORD TACO BELL! YOU USED TO HE GREAT!
