We have ordered here several times over the last year. All of our meals have been takeout due to COVID and having young kids but we look forward to eating at the restaurant in the future. The menu has changed slightly since opening but it's always been for the best. The tacos and burritos are creative and flavorful. I've ordered salads for lunch and loved them. The street pizza is really great and wow those nachos! Portions are large and I could eat the empanadas every day. I do wish they'd improve upon their vegetarian options. Something more creative than sautéed veggies would be nice. I ordered the shrimp po boy tonight and will definitely get that again. It's a major bonus that the entire restaurant is gluten free since we have a family member with Celiac Disease. We don't even have to worry about cross contamination. He orders whatever he wants.

You can't buy a taco on their website. And when you called to place an order good luck if you're only on hold for 15 minutes. I've had the food there and it's pretty good. But clearly they're having some serious growing problems

So on a whim I decided to give this spot a try after a whole foods trip. I absolutely love tacos and they're hard to pass up! First up the mural on the front is really cool and the ambience also cool. Very friendly staff and a pretty unique menu. I ordered the chicken tinga and the carne Asada tacos. The girl who took my order was very nice but didn't take my name. As it happens I believe they gave my order to another gentleman who also happened to be a man wearing glasses. To be honest I think the said man wearing glasses knew this order was not his, however he ate the tacos. I didn't think much of it they remade the order and brought it to me but never made mention of it which I thought was fairly strange. I wasn't mad or anything, but just making mention of things that don't go right is usually a good idea because I definitely noticed. First up I had the chicken tinga and it wasn't good. A soggy mess that caused the tortilla (I believe corn) To completely fall apart in my hands. Pretty whatever flavor. To be honest I don't think I've ever had this style of taco and said wow that was great. However this one was very bad. Next up the Carne Asada. Wow ! Really phenomenally good. I would compare the flavor to the Carne Asada taco at Sayulita. It also had guacamole on it and the guacamole was incredibly good. I'll return to try other things on the menu and more Carne Asada tacos !! So good!!!!

Food was great and so was service. They had a dj one night who played good Spanish music.

I saw this place on Instagram and had wanted to try it for some time. I did. The Tajin & Garlic wings are really good. I never had wings that flavor. Only thing I would mention to someone ordering wings, if you like them crispier just say so. Otherwise their menu is funky and I love that. Will try them again and other items as well.

Amazing experience! My burrito was something different from chain restaurants and you could tell they use better quality ingredients. The fries are AMAZING....maybe my favorite fries anywhere. The place is new and they are clearly working on signage but I can't recommend this place highly enough. We will be back!!

Really unimpressed. Maybe delivery was a factor here but the food arrived cold and my burrito was an absolute mess when I opened the box. Very soggy and falling apart. Maybe try wrapping it in tinfoil like every other burrito I've ever had, anywhere. Barbacoa didn't have a ton of flavor either. We also ordered the boneless wings and I wouldn't say they were any better than your local dominos. Disappointing.

I wish that I could say more about this spot...but I really can't. My hubby and I were in West Hartford searching for a burrito (a not basic burrito we could just grab at the local Chipotle)...and their menu read really well. Unfortunately, we ran into issues simply trying to place our order online. So, I called the # associated with the restaurant. I spoke to a friendly gentleman (Jose) who worked at another location but was able to get the system working so that I could place my order. (He's the best part of the whole experience) Anywhoo, after reviewing the menu, we ordered 2 beef barbocoa burritos - which boasted braised brisket, chipotle salsa, slaw and salsa mexicana, an order of the 3 cheese sauce loaded fries, and an order of the jumbo boneless wings with Nashville Arbol chili sauce. I placed my order online and got the notification, and we were pumped. The website indicated that they were pick up only, so we estimated our drive time and arrived a bit earlier than the estimated pickup time. We waited for some kind of notification to let us know if we could go inside...but we got nothing. So my husband went inside and tried to pick up the order. There was no one in the front, and he literally had to walk to the kitchen area to get someone's attention (in the COVID era...yikes) and he was finally able to get some assistance. He picked up our bag, and had to come back outside. Once in the car, I checked the food and there were no napkins, no utensils, and no condiments for our wings (which were specifically requested in our order). In regard to the food, it was cold. Just simply cold. I didn't even want to eat the fries because #1. Who wants cold fries (no offense if you're one of those folks!) and #2. The cheese sauce wasn't even melted because they were cold. Picking up a fry lifted all the sauce at the same time . So, unfortunately I had to give this place a 2 star rating. The folks in there also weren't wearing masks... safe to say I wouldn't come back and visit.

Wow!! This was the best find of 2020 hands down. I enjoyed my experience eat Toro Loco so I knew I'd love Loco Urban and to say I loved it would be an understatement. Ordered a splurge Tuesday lunch after drooling over IG photos for months. I was in pure heaven. I had to tell everyone about this burrito. It was vegetarian burrito bliss. It was so good I got another for dinner tonight! My wife tried the Barbacoa burrito bowl and loved it. My mom was in heaven with the cauliflower burrito. This is my new favorite. Great taste. Flavor. Huge portions and a GREAT price. Dashpass as well!

This is a very small take out only place. It's a bit difficult to spot from the road. This comes from the owners of Toro Loco in Farmington. I went for a couple of burritos, and had to wait for 20 minutes to get it. The menu had many interesting burritos. I went for Atomic cauliflower and boom boom fried shrimp burritos. Boom boom fried shrimp burrito had rice mixed with peanut sauce. It is a deviation from a normal burrito, but felt ok not great. Atomic cauliflower was also an ok burrito. May be traditional burritos like carne asad and barbacau would have been better. I also went for a Jarito drink in mango flavor, which was nice.
