This is one of my favorites in CT for pho. This place is kind of on a busy street but there's lots of parking and the inside of the restaurant is spacious. There's definitely more take out orders than dine-in, but it makes me feel relaxed to be there.I never have a bad meal here. I come back to CT every year or so to visit family and friends and one of the stops I have to go to when I'm back is Pho 135. In CT, it's probably my top Pho place. I think it's the broth that wins me over. It's rich and ridiculously full of flavor and it's also so clean, if that makes sense. The chilli oil is also to die for. If you like Pho, this is a solid place to go.

The broth here is good. Doesnt need any seasoning. Noodles cooked well, meat was tender. Recommend the ox tail. Vietnamese coffee was par. Parking is convenient. The server was pleasant and very nice. Shaking beef was excellent as well.
