Employees are not professionals and have no knowledge or training on how to prepare / cut fish. Even if you tell them how to do it, they won’t do it. Such a shame for a fish market to be selling fresh fish at this price point and not invest in true professionals.

Picked up a lobster roll to go. “…all sandwiches served with french fries & fresh coleslaw.” Reality: slathered in mayo, a handful of potato chips tossed in the box. That was it. Haha Too ridiculous to even go back.

Pre-ordered 5 steamed lobsters for New Years Eve. They were cracked/ prepared for easy eating- amazing! Our order was ready and lobsters were delicious.

Great local fishmonger. Fantastic selection and even just before X-Mas they had a wide variety of fresh fish, some prepared items and sauces. The staff are excellent. You are paying a premium for quality and service.

Ordered a lobster dinner on their website and it was listed on their menu to come with veg + coleslaw and butter/lemon. Only was given the lobster, called them and they said they don’t understand their own website so there’s nothing they can do even though we were charged the full price of the lobster dinner
