Bland food, poor service, unwilling to rectify orders when customer states it's not what they wanted. Ordered through Door dash. I understand there is potential for miscommunication through the third-party app and how the order is submitted. However, when calling the store to report a mistake, it's poor customer service to yell at the customer for how it was submitted. This place is nice, but the food is only OK. One instance I had ordered bone in fried chicken and found that the center of mine was cold. Not raw, ice cold. While it did not make me sick and I was given chicken tenders as a replacement with no fuss or charge, it still makes me want to avoid the chicken. I've dined here 4 times so there is something that keeps me coming back. Their coleslaw is really good.

This is such a cute local dinner! The waitress we had was super friendly and the food was decent. I recommend this place. Ignore the visual appearance of the plaza, it's the quality that counts!
