Boveda- A Latin Speakeasy Restaurant

I went here last year with guests of the Westin. I was underwhelmed with the food and service. I vowed not to go back. Last night a friend insisted I go with him because he loves the margaritas. It's a quiet restaurant (at least on a Sunday night). I picked it with the desire to try something close to my hotel but be a little adventurous with the cuisine. It's a small menu with some specialty dishes. I had the Ahi Tacos and the Ahi was cooked all the way through. I wasn't expecting that and then it was in plank form. It was alright. We loved Boveda! Rodolfo was the absolute best bartender! He was very accommodating, very professional and very friendly! It was because of him we came back the next night! Give that man a raise!! We really enjoyed the Boveda menu, the food was very fresh and delicious!
