Nous avons dû demander à une jeune fille de nettoyer la table. Que ce soit des deux côtés du restaurant, les deux coins repas n’étaient pas du tout entretenu. Que ce soit la table ou bien les chaises ou bien la poubelle qui débordait, dommage de trouver ça dans ce quartier

Honestly a bit of a meh experience. This Chipotle is better than many other D.C. Chipotles but only marginally so. The only major issue I have with this one is they let mobs of teenagers routinely trash the place with impunity and loiter. I would recommend this Chipotle for carry out but not necessarily eating in.

Ordered a burrito bowl for pick up. Had things in my bowl I didn’t ask for. I had to go back and ask for more. Poor customer service, especially from lady with bright pink lip stick. Had an attitude. Do not recommend coming here.
I go to this chipotle almost every week and today I think I realized that it’s my last day coming. Its always a super long line and It’s always hit or miss coming here. The food is unseasoned today and I was charged almost 9 dollars for this. I understand the raising of prices and stuff but for almost 10 dollars a little bit more chicken would have been nice. The people that normally make my food do a good job with portions and seasonings but then there’s the others who just barely give you anything not to mention it tastes awful but it’s been like this for years. I only come here because I work close and am starving most days but I think I’m good on chipotle well at least this one.

Are you kidding me. Everything was messy and there was cheese in the guac and tomato's on the cheese. The people working looked very annoyed. There was literally two options for meat. The lady who was serving the food was smearing the serving spoons all over the tortillas it was gross and messy and I did not eat anything as I was immediately not hungry. Please do better at the very least can you keep each item not contaminated completely???

The food is great, though when asking for extra salsa, which is free, person preparing the dish doesn't put any more than usual. Sometimes they forget the eating utensils when delivering. But overall the food overwrites everything. So I would say it deserves 5⭐

The worst bowl I've ever had from Chipotle. Had about 2 tbsp. of protein and drowned in sour cream. The rice was gummy and the guac had clearly gone bad. Terrible and absolutely not worth the $13.
