This location is terrible. Once I went to pick up an order and they were out of rice. This time I got delivery and they failed to give me the chips and guacamole and also screwed up the entree. District taco has my business from now on.

Tried to go in 30 minutes before closing time for a burrito and they told me they had no rice and weren’t making any more for the night. I feel like Chipotle should have rice available until they’re closed, seeing as all of their products use it. Makes me not want to come back again because of how rude the staff was about it.

Ordered 2 burrito bowls through Uber Eats and will never order from this location again. Undercooked brown rice, the extra chicken that I paid $5 for is nowhere to be found and no lettuce in either bowl. Unless you're ordering your food at Chipotle in person, you will definitely be screwed.

Absolutely hateful and rude employees here, the main girl with braids was so disrespectful, rolled her eyes at me, and sneered at me when i asked a question. Seems like these folks hate their jobs, i will never step foot in this building again. From the looks of the rest of the reviews, there is a disrespect issue with this particular staff. Get rid of them if they cant manage to scoop chicken without pissing off your entire customer base. Bffr

I ordered catering twice here and they never disappoint. The service is amazing and the always go above and beyond.
I walked in and the guy was just cleaning the burrito wrap warmer. He didn't even look up or acknowledge me whatsoever! Even I asked him directly if I could please get a burrito bowl, he continued to ignore me! After I asked a second time, he turned to one of his coworkers and asked, "Can you get him?" Now, the other guy who made my burrito bowl was friendly and so was dude at the cash register. So, I give a star for each one of them.

Went on a weekday & place was not busy. Ordered a burrito & they gave the smallest portions of each item I requested, not just for me but even for the person after me in line. Then got home, opened my burrito & it was a smushed net looking fly. So no! Although this place is closer to me, I would not return but maybe it was just a bad day for me
The restaurant seems dingy and in need of sprucing up. Staff was not friendly. Food great as usual.

FOOD WAS MAGNIFICENT CHEFS KISS I eat chipotle all the time and it has never hit like this the young lady was very accommodating and professional and made my bowl so amazing i had to only say what i needed and she made sure i was good didn’t need to ask for more of anything perfection it was the Sunday’s best! Was so happy to with how the food was made s/o to the whole staff today i hope chipotle treating the team well they deserve it making chipotle taste better like they put love in every bite

I have usually ordered from this Chipotle and my orders are correct every 2 out of 3 orders. The service is usually quick and easy if picking up but not so well when ordering in person. Chipotle, They do not have the ingredients most of the time and I got a completely different order than what I ordered and was not able to receive a refund.
