First off, they are racist and they racially profile people that order. Ordered food waited a hour driver came and couldn’t find exactly where i was and left. I called the store back they lied and said they don’t deliver that night. Then the manager wouldn’t get on the phone. RACIST AND ITS SAD. Wouldn’t ever consider ordering there again.

Not the worst, but not great. The Buffalo wings are interesting, and regular wings aren't bad either. The fried rice is a little greasy but exactly what you'd expect walking in. I've had terrible experiences with delivery - more than 90 minutes of waiting even on the early side of an off night. Walk-in is quick the people working are nice, but seeing where your food is made should give you a little pause.

Ordered the spicy wontons and pineapple chicken fried rice. I received the wontons, but once I got home, I realize that they actually gave me chicken on kebabs over fried rice, which cost more than what I had actually ordered. There is no reason to swap an order for something that I don't care for, and charge me more than I should have been charged

LOL! This is a Chinese food take out place. That's IT. Don't expect too much. The food isn't horrible but I wouldn't go back again. I tried out Dandy's because of its location. The chicken wings were smaller than most takeout places in the area.

Not feeling the weather, I ordered Dandy's through GrubHub. This is not my usual go to spot for Chinese but staying home was more important! Food came fast and was piping hot. I went basic, ordering vegetarian spring roles and shrimp fried rice. Spring roles were just ok. The place is getting 4-stars because the shrimp were a great size and plentiful! I would order again, skipping in the spring roles!

Driver threw the food on the ground and kicked. Called to get a new order delivered. Kept calling because I haven't received the new order, they kept saying the driver was on the way. Waited three hours and decided to drive down there. They told me they had only one driver. So upset and disappointed. I don't eat from here because it's straight. It was for my aunt. Will never order from this trash place again!!!!!! It's too many carry outs in dc.

Had the worst Fastfood Delivery of my life!! Food didn't come until 1 hour and over 40 mins. Called to cancel order and get my refund, was transferred to the manager for him to try to justify that my food is still hot. So unacceptable. When a customers ask for there money back due to poor services, It should be given (point blank period)...End of discussion!!

I got the Mongolian beef and it did not taste like Mongolian beef (it did not taste good) and it was not worth the money. I did the pickup option and the service was okay, but the atmosphere was not appetizing.

I was so excited to try their spicy chili dumplings! I'm always intrigued by American Chinese carry-out restaurants that provide a bit of dim-sum twists at any hours of the night. But, I received what looked like rubbery wontons in a peanut sauce and chili oil. I decided to try it out regardless, but in my first couple bites, I noticed the dumplings tasted weird. Opened one of the wontons, and found RAW, SINEWY, chopped-up bits of pork! When I took it back, the cashier guy looked at the food, threw it in the back by a fryer (not in the trash, which was weird), and walked away. I asked if he could just refund my purchase, seeing as I wasn't too enthused about eating another Dandy dish for the night. The cashier drops a five dollar bill in my hand and attempts to shoo me away. I reminded him I paid more for my food, and a back-and-forth about price ensues. He goes so far as to point to the wrong dish on the menu to convince me THAT was my order. I realize we might have had a miscommunication and decided to forget about the $2 I wouldn't have refunded. But, as I leave, the cashier throws the menu down and yells, "Don't try to trick me b****** Totally not coming here again. And I'm gonna make a few calls to see that they will think twice about serving raw meat to customers again.
