I heard so many great things about this location. Therefore, I had to check it out for myself. I am in the process of relocating and I have to say this location is at the very top on my list. Starting with the warm welcoming from the staff. This is the most beautiful places I have seen this far and I don’t think it’ll get any better than this! I highly recommend this area for anyone who’s looking to be surrounded and taken care by great individuals. As well as a luxury, but very affordable place to live. Also ask for the name Will. He was a pleasure to work with and made my experience enjoyable and was able to fulfill and answer all my questions. He made my visit so much better!

I had a great time viewing the community. Everyone I encounter gave me such a warm feeling. From the concierge to the leasing agent and even the maintenance team, I saw during the tour. I just felt like this could be my new home. Still looking around, but the location is hard to beat.

I have been here twice because it is so good - such delicious, authentic food. Reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. The brussell sprouts are truly to die for. Hostess was very friendly and accommodated our larger party than what we had reserved. Also, the $8 drinks before 8 PM each day is a great deal.

Moved here last year from another Bozzuto community we were happy at and we decided we will live here another year because of the location and quality of building. The building is definitely upgraded which includes the recently renovated lobby, rooftop and gym. Building is clean and the staff have all been a joy to deal with. The little we’ve had to deal with maintenance has been quick and speedy. Lastly, the neighbors are professional and quiet and we hear little noise from the outside of 14th street. We absolutely love all the conveniences at our doorstep and would highly recommend, as I was in property management myself at one time.

I love living at the District. The staff are so nice and the amenities are amazing. The rooftop, gym, appliances are well kept and the events they throw are well organized. Located right off 14th with shopping and grocery stores nearby. I highly recommend living here!
While it was quite loud in the restaurant, our server would only whisper. Then she forgot to put in one of our meals. She didn’t come back for quite awhile so we could inform her. Another server came by and asked to take a drink away. My friend said he wasn’t finished. The server then said “ok, yeah, drink that ice”. They all acted like they were doing us a favor eating there.

Doi Moi is a big place, full of indoor and outdoor seating. I ate at the bar, and enjoyed the golden toddy, a nice mix of ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, and whiskey. Good on a chilly rainy night! I had the Sai-Gon salad and added shrimp. It was well-prepared and generously sized. Nice staff, nice place!

This place was recommended by the hotel concierge and we are so glad we went. We tried the drunken noodles and an appetizer with lots of food to try. The margaritas were also very good.

Kyle was amazing! We enjoyed our tour a loooot! The place is great! We ended up moving into another apartment because District is so popular that it's almost full! the available apartment doesn't meet our needs. But again, Kyle was very professional and made us feel home!!
