What more can you ask for, donuts! But also the server was great; he noticed we had been waiting for a while, asked the people in the back to help out because he was bigger down in making drinks. When they couldn't help and he finished his talk he came over and offered us am extra donut for making us wait. Good thinking server dude, now your group of three leaves happy instead of annoyed. :)
Last year this location had a fantastic team who worked well together, were warm to the customers, and remembered returning customers. Then Wawa opened next door in December and it hasn't been the same since. Food is fine but sometimes there's a big backup of orders that the crew can't handle and they aren't as customer friendly. I could get the Dunkin Donuts app but I don't feel like adding yet another app to my phone.

There are two Dunkin's within a short walk of each other (the other on K and 17th), and this one perpetually seems unready for the morning rush. The manager needs to intervene more frequently to keep orders moving.
