A whole vibe!! This was my 1st time at Flirt DC and I must say I was impressed! Brunch was amazing, service top tier and the owner was making sure everyone is good 👍🏾 one of the better spots in DC for hookah and drinks HANDS DOWN! #letsFlirt💋
