My friends and I had dinner here last week. Our drinks and appetizers were great, but none of us liked our entrées. My carbonara was too salty and my friend's risotto was too bland. She actually had to ask the server for salt and pepper, which they forgot to bring out to us. They also tried to take our plates away when we weren't done eating, which we all found very odd. Our dessert was good and the venue is lovely. I'm torn about returning!

The food that it taste nothing Italian, neither was well cooked. It was disgusting the meat taste like it was old as wel An overall for the price that they charge is ridiculous for even their service that was provided. I’m extremely shocked that this restaurant is still in business the staff doesn’t know anything and how to treat a customer I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. This should be under investigation to see what’s going on in the kitchen how they cook the food in as well how long the meat been in the refrigerator. That same day when I got home, I got food poisoning I was sick for almost a week. I had to be under medication because I didn’t stop vomiting. I even got a fever because of the food and it was all related to that restaurant. Please be careful to any person that decides to go there.

Beware the TWENTY PERCENT hospitality charge that the restaurant forces you to pay! How about pay your employees a decent wage. And you CANNOT ask to remove the charge. Totally insane.

Excellent in everything! If you’re looking for authentic Italian food and great atmosphere Eddie Cano is the best. Being Italian myself I can truly appreciate the genuine high quality of the delicious foods served at this joyful beautiful restaurant. Fried zucchine octopus pasta with clams burrata and tiramisu among my favorites. Highly recommended!

Really liked the food here. Everything feels and tastes fresh and has great flavor. We started with the truffle bread and fried carbonara. A well done bread is often my favorite part of a meal and this did not disappoint. Carbonara was a bit dry and I thought it was like just a fried Mac and cheese to me. We ordered five pasta dishes, câcio e pêpe, pappardelle, risotto, vongole and spaghetti and meatballs. The pappardelle and vongole were excellent. Meatballs and risotto decent, and cacio mixed with some loving it and some thought it bitter. Overall, I'd say pretty good food. Only knock is we spent over 200 for party of 5 (not including drinks) and we left on the hungry side.

One of our best Italian meals in DC. Creative burrata, fresh (perfectly Al dente) pasta. Meatballs were homemade and very flavorful. Cocktails were a hit. Good deals on carafes of wine.

Just picked up a $21 order of spaghetti and meatballs. Got the meatballs, but no spaghetti. Disappointing for a restaurant that claims it has the best pasta in town.
