Brought 1 Extra Large Pizza 5 toppings (10 slices) and 12 wings. I was given 3 cheese packets of cheese asked for more and was told it would be 25 cent each packet! My husband picked it up because if I did I would have requested a refund asap. We are a family of 4 and spend money on food no problem but dang y’all establishment hurting like that? but I would Never AGAIN! LEDOS PIZZA where you at (LOL)

Live down the street from this place. Been here like 5 times and pizza is always late even 20+ min after I get notification it is ready, and man says “sorry” every time. Obviously doesn’t know how to run a business.

whom ever the person (woman) is that answers their company phone is very timid shy soft spoken and therefor makes it super hard to order by phone. I had to hang up and order online. the food was actually very good. the pizza was pretty and also the cheesy bread sticks.I never knew a papa John's was that near my home. the neighborhood wasn't a bad place to sit and wait for your pie.

I don't know what happened to PJs. We were regular customers. But all of a sudden prices increased a lot and the pizzas became very sulky. Barely any tomato sauce (you can see the dough!), and I have to look for the 2 toppings with a magnifying glass, especially the mushrooms. We will give it 1 more go, but if it will be the same, they just lost a customer.

Truly disappointed waited over 3 hours on Superbowl Sunday ? for food ? ? to arrive.?.We were told our order was on the way, but it had never left the store ? By the time ⌚ our food arrived the Super Bowl ? was over ? The cheese sticks were hard & cold & didn't look freshly made ? The chicken wings were not hot & they had sauce poured over top of them & you could not taste the Parmesan throughout the wings ? nor could you taste the BBQ.. & much of the same with the other order of wings... The pizza ? was okay but it was cold ...Normally I absolutely love Papa John's ? but this is my worst experience...I will never purchase anything from this location again...One of the best Papa John's I ever bought food at was on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC that location gets 5 stars??? but this one was awful..☹️..smh

Ordered pizza from here never got it. Called as soon as the app said it was delivered and was told the food is on the way stayed at the door for another half an hour and it still never came. Called back and was told the order was canceled because no one was there. Asked if they could send the order out because they never showed up and they said they would send it. Still no pizza. Never showed up at all. Stay away. ghetto.
