I went to this store at around 10:00 and had to wait in line for around 15 minutes while there was only one person ahead of me. The one worker was doing nothing but lean on the back counter while the one making the food had headphones in and was having an unrelated phone call. This worker waiting this entire time to mention that they had run out of dough although the were still going to be open for another 2 hours. Horrible customer service experience.

The delivery driver gave us burgers from BGR next door. While this no fault of &pizza's, I am leaving a 1-star review because it is impossible to get in touch with a live person to explain what happened or receive a refund.

Terrible customer service. I I inquired about what was only the vegan pizzas because my interest piqued. The gentleman who was responded had terrible customer service and seemed liked he was irritated with me asking questions. I tried to ameliorate the situation by stating my intentions for asking, his response was off putting. I chose not to order form here. On my way out he stated he didn't care. Just groovy!! No thank you. Hope everyone one else has a better experience. Never had this happen at this location prior to now.

Do not waist your money or time. The workers are not hygienic and if you ask for them to be more careful with the cleanliness of food prep they look at you crazy… like you’re in the wrong…for some mid pizza! Look elsewhere there are better options. Honestly trifling experience food was nasty had to toss out.

Sold me a pizza with a bite in the middle which they still covered with toppings and baked. Box was open when it arrived and &pizza can't figure out how to refund or replace. Will NEVER shop or recommend.

I like that 2 years ago they made super delicious pizzas, now they don't make them like before, the ingredients are no longer fresh like before, although I do recommend the &Pizza.
Quick, easy, inexpensive, and tasty pizza. The staff is nice, food comes quickly, and the meal is filling. There are more expensive and better pizza options, but it serves the purpose!

Their pizza is decent, but what they advertise and what you receive is different. The LilRoni, in their marketing material looks like pepperoni covers every part of the pizza, but actually it’s about only 25% of what is shown in their marketing material.The staff seem like they hate working there. I try to be positive with them and greet each of them with a friendly greeting and how is your day. You basically get grunts back. There is a sign telling you if you’re eating in ask for a tray (saves them money on boxes), I have every time pizza still comes in a box. I can only guess the upper management is bad and therefore the employees are reflecting this.Outside is nice the inside is dull and boring. Like I said decent pizza, but the whole company needs an attitude adjustment to being more positive towards their customers.

We walked in and there were 2 employees working. The male was cleaning the freezer, the female employee looked up but said nothing. After a few moments went by, I spoke. She spoke back and asked how she could help. My daughter had to yell over the trap music playing loudly. The employee could barely hear her order and her lashes were just insanely long and curly which likely prohibited her from seeing clearly. I can't even begin to tell you how fast I wanted to get out of there. Never again!
