On or about November 25, 2023, I visited Popeyes (Store #12591) on or about 3:54PM. I presented Jaquelin, who identified herself as the manager, with a completed Popeyes Rewards Survey (PRS). After placing my order, I handed the PRS to her. After inspecting it she said that “you cannot use it here because the receipt did not come from this store.” I shared the following:1) when I called and received the code, I was not informed of such;2) the coupon does not say such; and3) there is no signage in this store or the store where I received the coupon that shares such.I asked when Popeyes placed me on notice of what she is sharing?Jaquelin then turns around and walks away without saying anything. When she returns, she is holding a phone and appears to be talking to someone. When she gets off the phone, she tells me again that I “must use a receipt from this store and return it to this store.” I asked for her name and shared that I did not believe such is true.Jaquelin says repeatedly “are you recording me?” I did not respond because I had no idea why she thought so. She continues to ask as she writes her name. Before she hands me the paper with her name on it, she tells me “you cannot record here.”I share that I am not doing anything illegal, immoral, or fattening – now that you refuse to redeem my survey. I shared that I did not believe it favorable for her to recite the law incorrectly or as an intimidation tactic.I shared if such is a store policy – it should be posted then it would not appear that no discrimination was taken place based on my age; race; gender; sex; religion, color, etc.

The workers were kind of rude and standoffish. I got ghost pepper wing combo and it “didn’t come with a biscuit” when I asked why they just repeated it doesn’t come with a biscuit. Every other popeyes Jve been to NYC, maryland it comes with a biscuits

Long wait to get service. No napkins with food. Food tasked good but the place was dirty dining area and bathroom. They do not seem to care at this location.

i was in there this afternoon at about 4:00 p.m. ish at the popeyes @ 1742 columbia road north-west washington, dc 20009, and my order was not filled as i had given it. 4-piece platter with a sprite and an extra biscuit. i was charged for this extra biscuit but i did not receive it. that's a shame. fast food does not require me to wait in line for 35 minutes, waiting to be given lackluster and poor service. this is completely unacceptable. your type of service told me you never want to see me again at this location. if you have a bustling call-in service-oriented business, separate the two in this way. hire a staff to handle this overflow, or have a on-call staff to handle football season overflow. the person that took my order did the unthinkable. never have i been so insulted in my life. she acted like i was bothering her, then messed up my order. but you sure did not forget to charge me $ 18.00 plus for my order. today f grade. pull your stuff together, and please clean the dining area floor. i understand that there were intermitted showers today, but that does not excuse a sticky substance on the floor in the line to place your order. totally unacceptable according to other popeye's i have visited. if i come in there in the future and i observe the same poorly kept store. i'm calling the health department. its a crying shame. you want me back! clean yo house! i don't care how you do it. hire some of those people sitting in your store. i'm affright to go into the restroom to wash my hands,that's my two cent's. what are you going to do about it?

Waited 10 mins to order food with only 2 people in line there was no sense of urgency and half the staff moved at a glacial pace ... it's 330 in the afternoon like why is there no hustle and bustle !!!!

I had someone pick up a 2 piece Chicken and a half dozen of Biscuits, I expected the Biscuits to be placed in a small box, the Biscuits weren't wrapped up or anything, just thrown in a bag with some napkins and they were very hard and cold as if they were from the day before ??
