They use to be a pretty good shop for sandwiches and salads, but their attitude and products are seriously lacking. The sandwiches are sloppily made and they skimp on the salad ingredients. You’ll ask for a full salad and basically get the portions of a half. Then you have to argue with them to give you what you’re paying for. Seriously.

The food comes out unreasonably slow. Been waiting for my online order well past the estimated time and there are easily a half dozen others waiting as well. In the time I waited for this online order I could have gone to the Atrium for the same price and gotten a much better sandwich in the same time. Only reason I went here is because I thought it would be faster.

Convenient location with the usual toasty sandwich options.
Definitely a good place to stop for food if you are in this area. Prices are so much better than many other places to eat and the food is great, service excellent and portions are nice.

The food is good and consistent at this location. Most of the employees are friendly and quick to ensure you have what your ordered. Unfortunately it's not necessarily this locations fault, but you often can get an order to go through on their website. When trying to use the app, orders tend to get stuck, and the rewards don't come through correctly.
