Had the Reuben which I give a 7/10. The cheese, sauerkraut, and sauce were excellent. The pastrami tasted along the lines of Boar's Head and there wasn't enough of it in the sandwich.

Sandwich could have been prepared better. Sandwich ingredients were fresh but, it was poorly slapped together.Kid-friendliness: Called to speak about my Uber delivery and preparation. I ordered the sandwich on the wrong bread which was my mistake. But, I surely wish it wasn’t soggy when I got my meal

Wanted something slight but filling and this place definitely had exactly that. Menu is extensive with breakfast, lunch and dinner if you like. Walking it was clean and friendly. The sandwich I got was a chicken pesto panini, the bread used for the panini absolutely amazing ! Tasted freshly baked and as If I was eating a pizza with perfect crust and grill marks. The problem i had with the sandwich was that the pesto wasn't really present as I really looked forward to that the most and the chicken although a good portion was dry and kind of bland. I loved the fresh ingredients which clearly shines threw through taste and sight but I would love to try other menu items as they serve breakfast and lunch sandwiches and having a sandwich that's flavorful and filling with a good price point is my kind of place. Will be coming back and maybe ask for more pesto next time but also try the other options available.

Sandwich was good. We were hungry and it really hit the spot.

There is NOOOOO crab in the crab soup... I paid $11.00 for a seasoned cup of water or what seems like Cambells vegetable soup with Old Bay seasoning in it. ??‍♀️

Go to lunch spot for pickup or delivery. Good, reliable deli food.Always fresh, quick, and tasty. Big fan of the tuna salad and chicken noodle soup.

One of the best places to get a sandwich in Eastern Market. Quick and tasty.

I was so disappointed to receive this Reuben!!! Unacceptable!!! The bread was burnt and there was hardly no meat, sauerkraut or thousand Island dressing. To pay $12.95 for this is horrible. It won't happen again!!! They need to go to New York or locally to Deli City to see how a real Reuben is made !!!

This establishment has the gall to force you to buy a drink with your sandwich on Uber Eats. Let's all show them how unacceptable and greedy that actually is. NO SALE to greedy people. Never ever will someone successfully force me to buy a drink in America. There are just too many choices out there. I suggest you skip this place until they treat potential customers with respect. This only applies to their steak and cheese special advertised for $13.XX but you can't add it to your cart without adding a $2.79 can of soda. You read that right. $2.79 for a can of soda. That to me is false advertising. If the soda is required you must show the full price with the soda. Don't you have to ask yourself ... If they are doing this, what else are they doing to fleece us? Are corners being cut anywhere? I don't have an issue if the soda were optional and I've never tried their food to be transparent. But unless they give the option I will not try itA poem by Chris Perone

Located in such cute little area of the city. It was such a nice day out and I walked all the way here. So many people were out or working at the coffee shops near by; it was lovely. They made my sandwich super fast. I walked in and told them what I wanted and they got right to work. The only other people in the store were school kids who had gotten off the bus and were getting an after school snack. I built my own sandwich. The bread was fresh and all the veggies were too. I don't get any meat on my sandwich, and sometimes that makes for a sad sandwich at other places. Not here! They had a good amount of cheese and loaded the veggies on. It was one of the best sandwiches I've had. The only thing to note is I did get vinegar on my sandwich and during my 10 minute walk back home the bread got slightly soggy. That's obviously not Prego's fault. That's the nature of putting a liquid on bread. But if that does bother you maybe eat it there! Each time I come to D.C. I'll definitely be grabbing a lunch from here.

Great club panini: fast, hot, tasty, not too large. Also a special hero was great. Friendly and in a good spot.

I had the Turkey sandwich. Which Was tasty the roll was soft staff was nice. I deducted one star because I don’t understand why sandwich shops here don’t carry side like basic potato salad or Mac salad .

There are a fair share of breakfast sandwich places in Eastern Market. But when it's afternoon and all of those places are closed, Pregos really came through for us. Timing is important for these things and on this cold day we were greeted by the cheesiest, crispiest, most magnificent breakfast sandwiches ever. They had plenty of options for bagels and meat options as well including turkey sausage. We were very pleasantly surprised by this spot and plan to return again.

Good neighborhood deli with a great staff. A good size menu with plenty of selections with great rolls both hard and soft. The only downside here is that it's right across from Eastern Market so parking and traffic can be problematic.
