We had a totally relaxing evening at Sette. Great atmosphere, relaxing music, dedicated staff, and excellent food. Not my first time there but a plug to others that it's a "safe bet" for dining in DuPont Circle.

Went to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Food was great and service was good, even though they were busy. Had the cavatelli. It was amazing. Overall a great place. Would eat here again.

Popped in w/out a reservation. We had never been there. Food and service were excellent. A little loud but a very nice space and vibe. Recommend and look forward to dining here again. Daughter loved the alfredo...☆☆☆

Really good food. Service is fast, but the wait to get In is like 20 minutes, but it's worth the wait.

The food was tasty, portions were pretty good, and decently priced. The service was amazing and our server was very attentive. At the end we paid our total into 2 separate checks for our group of 4 people. We expected to write in our tip amounts on the receipt as we normally do for our server, but found that it was already written in. We were surprised and disappointed as we wanted to tip more given the great service, but were immediately dissuaded

Excellent food, fabulous service and very accommodating chef who made modifications for lactose intolerant allergy. Great selection of wines, appetizers and entrees. Homemade focaccia was yummy. We loved the lump crab-cake with salad and the pesto shrimp and pasta entrees. Baked to order warmed chocolate cake with ice cream, gelato, or sorbet was delish!
The pasta dishes are made to order which means they were able to accommodate my food sensitivities to garlic and onion without incident, a very rare occurrence at American restaurants.

First time dining experience—- lunch on a Saturday, around 1:00pm. Greeted by hostess and immediately seated ( we did have a reservation for 3). Small restaurant with tables situated VERY close to adjoining tables. Not a fan. It was EXTREMELY loud, making it near impossible to have a conversation or enjoy the food. Service was good, food was good— no complaints there. They even had GF pasta options, which I was very appreciative of, but paying $6-8 more for GF pasta is outrageous. Portions were average sized, but overpriced IMO. Just felt it was overrated overall. I wouldn't go back.

We had 7 people for the dinner reservation. The food, wine and service were all excellent. The mixed cocktail was so-so and the acoustics made it a little hard to hear at the table. Overall though, everyone very much enjoyed this restaurant and many of will probably be returning....

Great menu although we only stopped in for vino. Try the lemoncello while you are here.
