One of the best gluten-free crusts in the area. I'm Italian descent and was raised on my Italian grandmother's homemade pizza, pasta, and other dishes. When I moved to DC 40 years ago, I couldn't find any Italian food that was like what I grew up on in New Haven CT. Until I met "Uncle Tommy" and Ledo's. Saw that they were going to be at supreme core cider and so I Instagram messaged their account. They were happy to take my order via Instagram and have it ready for when I came to pick up since it was too cold to sit inside and my co-pilot and I are uncomfortable with indoor dining. We ordered the autumn avenue pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Both were super hot and crispy even after the drive home. Really loved the pizza sauce which has a little bit of spice to it. Got a peperroni pizza from Sommer while at 3 Stars brewery & it was great! The sauce was a little spicy (I'm typically a huge wimp with spicy or hot), but it paired fantastically with the beer I was having. I'm not lactose sensitive or intolerant so I can't judge that, but the pizza was fantastic & I would 100% recommend to anyone!!
