i spent 17.69 for a sandwich just to not show up then the store doesn’t answer the phone and there’s no way of me getting contact with my delivery driver cause the link to contact them doesn’t work

I enter the subway I started ordering my sandwich for some reason they have the meat covered I do not know why so I couldn't see the meat I was getting then afterwards as I was getting ready to pay the employee looks in my wallet I don't know why and I was missing 5 cents and he told me you have it you got money your rich and was not trying to let me get the sandwich and made me walk back to my car for 5 cents laughing. I don't know why this man was pocket watching me and also saying this in the entire store for everyone to here I came in exactly at 2:30am and the employee was wearing a red jacket I don't recommend this place and the employees are rude chipotle next door is way nice even McDonalds across the street this place should be shut down.

I ordered a veggie delight sandwich in person at the store. I was told it would be $9 and some change after tax. I paid with a gift card and when I looked at my receipt after going back to work, I was charged for a steak and cheese which is $12.86 after tax. I called the store letting them know what happened and that I’d like the price difference back since I was charged for the wrong thing.The employee argued with me, said I must’ve been given the wrong receipt, and told me to bring the sandwich back and they’d make a new one which isn’t at all the issue. I asked how I’m supposed to skip lunch and bring back a sandwich 5 hours later when the sandwich isn’t the problem and I was charged for the wrong item and that I have pictures of my sandwich. He started to raise his voice and hung up on me.Mistakes happen which is fine. I just wanted them to make it right/give me my money back. The sandwich wasn’t even good. Don’t waste your money here. Go to any other subway store or actually, don’t go at all.

The customer service is very poor and they always miss some part of my order. Even the restaurant is not busy they make so many mistakes. I pay for the things that I don’t get it. I hate ordering online anymore. I have to stand on my own order and force them to put anything I want in my sandwich.

Be careful when they ring you up. They charge you more than you ordered. I ordered a meatball footlong. They charged me a meatball with fresh mozzarella to make an extra couple bucks. Order through the app to ensure proper price or be aware of the price they charge you when they ring you up at the register. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We visited on 3/28/23, about 6 pm, and were pleasantly surprised at the great customer service! Two employees were there, and they were both efficient and friendly. Not much in the way of parking, so we parked across the street (at McDonald's) and that worked out just fine.

I bought a foot-long sub and then asked for a transparent cup for tap water. They ran out of small water cups so instead of giving a regular cup, the owner asked for more than $2 for a cup. I explained to him that I need a cup to carry tap water with my sub. The owner refused to give me a water cup unless I paid. I would have walked out if I had not already paid. He did not give me the receipt. What an insult..... The WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

They were so nice to us and ami served us and we got our stuff quick and he gave us it with no problem.Kid-friendliness: They were polite to us as we are teenagers
