Apparently they have gluten-free and vegan pizza options, but I haven't tried them. Cross contact probably pretty bad. I love the venue though and the shows they put on are excellent. I wish you could buy tickets for all the events in their venue network at any venue though. They advertise that you can do this but you actually can't buy tickets for Union stage at Howard theatre.

Purchased a ticket in November but show was postponed until March. I got that one refunded and attempted to repurchase my ticket but unfortunately it was sold out. I was notified only the meet and greet were available. I got that one. The following week they inform me I can purchase a GA ticket as there were a handful (after telling me they were sold out). I purchased that one and requested a refund on the meet and greet. They forwarded me to the ticket manager Shilo who told me I could not get this refunded? Although they confirmed they had no GA tickets available when this was not true? Now I am arguing back and forth about my money.

I attended a concert with my granddaughter and her friend and it's a nice venue, plenty of standing room only. There are two bars, one upstairs and one downstairs. They also serve food.Security was very pleasant to deal with.Kid-friendliness: The venue is very kid friendly, but you may here some curse words from the artist. There were a lot of younger (under 13) children there.

Whoa. 1000/10 for staff and security! I had a couple things happen and the whole venue stepped up to assist me, even the performer's personal staff. There were lots of kids (shows state all ages or 18+), only 1 fight (that no one saw, but Odetari saw it and stopped the show!) amazing! I’m a seat kind of person, but this venue was spot on. I don’t like general admission, especially with teenagers, but this venue, ANY DAY. They have a water station set up, everyone seemed to know where to go! This venue gets mad props from me. We saw Odetari and even their personal staff was spot on, really caring about the kids/venue/etc. I loved it. 10/10 would recommend. We only spent more per person because of tshirts for the kids. The show was $20 and for 4 tickets, it was only $25 service charge. Totally worth it!!!!
Ok music venue. Coat check is ridiculously expensive, service not friendly at all but atmosphere is fun!

Was there for a concert - super small, intimate venue in the basement. Was in the back but still felt close to the performers which was nice and cozy.

Cool venue, but the bar was shut down by 9/9:30pm? And I was still charged $18 (!!!) for parking for less than 2 hours WITH validation and paying for an extra ticketed event at the venue. Down from $23.It’s DC, guys; you’re not Miami - and even that is unjust. (Whoever this applies to; uncertain if the garage is connected business wise even thought they are pretty much physically attached.)Edit: upped the rating to 4 since they at least reached out and let me know that the parking isn’t in their control.
