dHappy Hour on Mondays open to close, other days 3-7PM (closed Wednesdays) in a great bar and attached lounge. Reduced priced rail drinks, beer and wine. They recently changed their rail vodka and bourbon, the new vodka is N O T good. Best wine selection in town. Friendly staff. This was a very cute place. I accompanied my parents for their 49th anniversary here. While i had other ideas for where i wanted to go for dinner, i'm glad that i was talked into joining them at one of their traditional long time favorite restaurants they travel to for special occasions while in Delaware. My wife and I have eaten at the Buttery many times. It has been consistently excellent. The food and the service are both very, very good. It is a great seashore place to have lunch or dinner.
