The general so chicken was very overcooked and when you order general so shrimp it comes in a cardboard box with the sauce on the side which is a turn off and they are very pricey compared to

Horrible service, and the delivery process is always an issue. The food is good but the service and taking orders is always a challenge. Don’t get anything delivered because it will take hours with no help from the store. ??

Buyer beware. I've ordered here fairly frequently. However, today the fried rice was not fried it was just cooked rice with peas and carrots, roast pork and chicken. The roast pork was old and chewy and the chicken seemed beat to death it was so thin and puffy. It was like chewing air. But everything was tasteless with no flavor. Also, the springroll was really mushy in the middle. This meal was a mess. Totally inedible and a waste of $32.00.I called back to the restaurant to give feedback and the response in a monotone voice was just "you're the only person to mention this." Well, that did not make me feel better. I didn't ask and no concession was offered.

To whoever worked on the phone on 10/26/23 around 0800 pm…that attitude? Better fix it!! Because talking to a customer over the phone thinking that you are too much? With that attitude?? You are not going nowhere like that. If you are not “happy” at the job? Well, quit and do something else but if you are not willing to quit? Well, fix the way you talk to customers over the phone and STOP hanging up the phone and answer the call right away the customer is trying to call back to add more items!!! Don’t let the phone ring and ring…sad life of yours

Ordered general tsao and sweet and sour chicken. They forgot the sauce, so just chicken. Very overpriced for serving size and quality. I could get better tasting food and fried rice for half of the price elsewhere. Tried sushi last time, over 1 yr ago. Definitely not fresh. There are much better places.

Ordered pickup there about two weeks ago. My order was fried rice (pork) lomein (pork) and an order of wonton soup. When I tell you UNCLE ROGER would be very pleased in the rice. It had flavor like I was almost invited over to an Asian grandma’s house. The lomein……. EUGH. I kept looking at my container because it was so tasty. The portions of pork was really nice. I could take my time picking between green onion or a little noodle, or a few bites of the protein.BUT BAY BAY. What took me out was the soup. The broth was clean yet deep. LIKE ITS A LEGIT BROTH, not the take out taste but again ASAIN GRANDMA BROTH. It has the perfect amount on ginger, idk exactly how it’s made but… If I would have known the food tastes so good I would have sat in and ate all by myself. ??Eating their food… I thought for a moment, “did I get invited to the cookout?” ??Sorry about not having picks this time, I demolished my food and hid my leftovers???

I am not sure if it's the host or the entire place that's shady. I ordered Pad thai once and asked to make it spicy, and it wasn't spicy at all. I asked for some red hot chili, and the server repeatedly said they did not have them. But I said you usually cook spicy dishes with them, which you have in your menu, but she kept saying no. The owner finally came out and gave me some. Ordered shrimp egg rolls, and it didn't have any shrimp in it. Went in there another time to eat in, and the place was empty - which I wasn't surprised - but the host said we couldn't eat in at all because she was the only one there. That was the last time I went to that place. But then I had to re- visit - which I said was a mistake for them ordering food from there - because a couple of co-workers of mine wanted sushi from there, but when I picked it up, it cost $40 total - $37 for 12 pieces of sushi and $3 for tiny shrimp egg rolls - probably with no shrimp in it - and later found out that if I had said the word "COMBO," it would've only cost $24 instead of$37 for the 12 pieces of sushi. My co-worker and I tried to ask for a refund and was put on hold for almost a half hour only to be told the manager would call back but never did. It is so sad for this business to trick customers this way and overcharge people for their meh tasting food. Make it a "COMBO" everyone, but don't be surprised if you order there and feel like you got ripped off.

Not sure what to expect...an Japanese/Chinese restaurant on the edge of Middletown, DE couldn't possibly satisfy an Asian craving, could it?Asian City will not hit you with a blast of authenticity. Half of the staff isn't Asian and the name's a little corny. The food is what matters and they did a decent job of making a satisfying (and large) meal.First, the miso soup. My two boys love miso soup. The broth was a little dark, but it came in a huge bowl and the tofu was plentiful. We also ordered the orange chicken and mapo tofu. Both were good. A little spicier than the kids were used to, and the portions were huge. My one son ordered california rolls, I ordered a spicy tuna roll, and my sister ordered a volcano roll. Good presentation, good taste, fresh fish (where applicable). My wife ordered a poke bowl. It was bare bones and not much dressings. They could probably leave this off the menu.Overall, it was not a bad offering of Asian food in an Asian desert.

I think I’ve reviewed these guys before but man, my family LOVES Asian City in Middletown. The sushi is my personal go to, house tempura is great! E we love the pad thai, but today we ordered Mongolian beef and it was outstanding! Kids love orange chicken. Crab rangoons on the small side but the flavor is huge, wouldn’t change a thing about them! Spring rolls are great too. I don’t think we’ve ordered anything subpar from this place. You definitely want to consider this if you’re looking for a great Chinese or sushi spot in Middletown.

Extremely over priced. I’ve always looked over that fact because the food is so good but today is the final straw. I tried to order fried chicken with friend rice and they wanted to charge me an extra dollar because I don’t want them in the same container. Who wants soggy fried chicken? Why tf would you put the friend chicken on top of the rice anyway? By the time you get it home the chicken is seemingly baked because it’s soft and not crunchy. Every where is so money hungry these days it’s sad. Won’t be ordering anymore !
