I ordered on Google. It always seems to mess up orders. I ordered a small turkey and a small cheesesteak. Both no I onions. My husband doesn't like them and I have weird allergies. I reluctantly called because my cheesesteak had onions on it. I don't like to make a fuss. But I also spent $10 on a small cheesesteak I couldn't eat. I called back the manager said they can remake it.They were so nice and friendly and I really enjoyed my food. My husband says his sandwich was great too; it also had onions on it, but they were easy for him to pick off and he doesnt have allergies. We will be coming back. The staff seemed like a great bunch of kids. Keep up the good work ♥️I'm sure working on a Friday night isn't fun, so I appreciate all of them.

I come to the food chain every times I’m in Delaware but this was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. Store smelt like cigarettes, some kind of bodily like fluid on the walls and food was stale.

First of all, I ordered online using my married name (last name Torres) because I was in a rush on my lunch break. I ordered 2 French dips and a turkey sandwich for myself, my husband, and my sister. It took 40 minutes to get my food out, causing me to be 30 minutes late to work. I stood in the restaurant the entire time, talked to 3 workers about my order, and saw at least 4 different customers order their food in-store and receive their food within minutes. I work in a restaurant that makes sandwiches similar to one's I ordered, so I know it does not take that long to make them. When I finally did receive my order, it was only after I raised my voice and expressed that I had to go and requested a refund before storming off to my car to calm down and returned within 30 second and in that time, my order was finally done.NOW ONTO MY FOOD. The 2 French dips that were supposedly not ready yet every time i asked about them were luke warm and soggy, clearly had been sitting for a while. The turkey sub had a long hair inside the wrapper and the lettuce was old, soggy, and browning. This was my first time going here, as I had just recently moved to the area 2 months ago, and I am not only disappointed, but disgusted by my experience. I will not be returning to this location again.

For the cost of a 21.00 for a large sub I was hoping that I was buying a good sandwich.Wrong it was very thin no meat I asked for tomatoes got none of those either. Back in the day Capriotti’s was a place you could count on a solid sub,but not anymore at least not at this store.will never go there again

It took over 30 minutes for them to make my order despite there only being 1 other customer in the store. When I got home I discovered they forgot both the dressing and the wagu on my wagu and Bleu salad. Will not be going back.

My son stopped tonight and ordered a Wagu and Bleu Salad for takeout! When he got home, he discovered there was no dressing and no wagu meat on the salad. The entire point of the salad! :(( Very disappointed! Sadly, I don't think we will be back to this Capriotti's location!

Absolutely the worst run, least organized food establishment I’ve ever seen. Ordered online. After showing up at the pickup time waited inside for almost another hour. 5 times was asked what my order was as they had lost it. Employees yelling at each other, ignoring walk in customers and not answering the phones. At least a dozen other customers with similar issues with their orders. Walk in customers leaving after not getting waited on. Plenty of employees on hand but apparently nobody in charge or cared. Then after finally getting our order…..get home 1/2 mile away and the cheesesteak is cold, one sandwich was not as labeled and no au jus for the French dip sandwich. Never going back

Never had a bad experience until today. Mistakes happen, but it's how you handle it afterwards that matters. I received the wrong turkey sub ( honest mistake, because we both had the same 1st name ). When I returned the sub is where the problem actually started. 1st the manager seemed not to believe me, then was more concerned about getting a 2nd job instead of making my replacement sub properly. No taste, was made super fast & sloppy. Will only go to Capriotti's on Union St in Wilmington De going forward. I'll never return to this establishment again. I'm a paying customer & I have a right to be properly served when I spend my money.Parking: Na

My dad always brings me back a Bobbi when he has work in Delaware and it makes me feel like Im back home as we now live across the country. Was so excited when I unwrapped it last night just for the Bobbi to have NO stuffing. Disappointing especially since it’s not an easy fix. Gave 3 stars because this is the first mess up he’s ever brought back usually they are delicious and made correctly!
