I had two breaded crab cakes for dinner and was disappointed. There was very little crab (small bits) and all bread. Little flavor too. Maybe I'll try them again another time, but not what I was expecting.

The best shrimp salad ever!

Bought four shrimp stuffed with "jumbo lump" crab imperial. Heated them exactly as directed. The shrimp were hammered, hammered, hammered. Possibly useful for retreading tires, but certainly not fit for human consumption. The jumbo lump crab imperial was possibly jumbo lump shards, no chunks at all. And they really need to get a chef to teach them how to make a decent Imperial Sauce. Their's really sucks. Weird flavor profile. Not good at all. Also purchased two lobster cakes. What little lobster there was was OK, but it was mostly filler, and not very good filler at that. Mushy and dense with what seemed to be the same imperial sauce as used on the shrimp. Overall, I would never again waste my money for such poor products.

Capt’n Chucky’s is amazing! The owners are caring, helpful and motivated. The food is delicious! Hard to choose a favorite between their crab cakes, the shrimp salad or their scallops! Just writing this review is making me hungry!I do not live in DE but was in town visiting friends when I was given the chance to stop here on the way to the beach. I am looking forward to getting a chance to visit again just to get my hands on some of this mouthwatering seafood!

THIS PLACE is a hidden treasure!!! Super friendly and patient employees, as I wasn’t sure what to get, but they’re super helpful and did not disappoint!! I’m hooked! I have also visited Wayne's other store in PA; GREAT crab cakes!! You won’t regret giving them a go! This place will be a regular “must stop at” when visiting again!!! I’m already looking forward to trying their lobster Mac cheese!! But definitely getting more crab cakes!!!
